During glacial periods,
sea level falls as water gets locked up in the ice sheets, and in extreme cases the Bering Strait connecting the Bering Sea to the Arctic Ocean closes and becomes a land bridge.
Some areas are experiencing triple or more the global average while others are seeing over 5 times as much in
sea level fall as their part of the Earth's surface is rising.

It's sort of hard to define exactly where the atmosphere ends and outer space begins (since the atmosphere gradually

as you go up in altitude), but one popular choice is the so - called «Karman line» at a height of 100 km (or around 62 miles) above
sea level.

fall of
sea level over the millennia, coupled with natural karst topography and clear waters, results in a diverse submarine seascape of patch reefs, fringing reefs, faros, pinnacle reefs, barrier reefs

as the Blue Hole and Rocky Point where the barrier reef touches the shore.
The area was faulted about 1.8 million years ago

Its effects were relatively modest: perhaps 1 Celsius degree of cooling (1.8 F), a

A key reason is that
sea level rise occurs unevenly, and in some places, such

The only problem with all the predictions about the
level of the World Ocean rising is that, the World Ocean is refusing to rise up in support of the predictions, the other problem is that ice is frozen fresh water and frozen fresh water only covers about 5 % of this planet above
sea level and frozen water under the
level of the World Ocean does not count
as the World Ocean will
fall a small amount if that ice melts, so if the ice there is enough to get the World Ocean to rise and significant amount then it must be piled up very high, I cubic kilometer of water
as ice, should it melt, would make 1000 square kilometers rise by one meter, so when you use this simple math then somewhere on the planet, above the
level of the
sea, then there must be over 500,000 cubic kilometers of ice, piled up and just waiting to melt, strange that no one can find that amount of ice, all these morons who talk about the rise of the World Ocean in tens of meters, this includes you Peter Garrett or Mr. 7 Meters, the ice does not exist to allow this amount of rise in the World Ocean, it is just not there.

sea level rise or

as though
sea levels are
falling.
Considering 65 % of the world's tide gauges show stable to
falling trends, why would flat or decreasing
sea levels at regional locations be viewed
as suspicious and thus in need of manipulation / adjustment?
