If you REALLY strapped for time you can simply just use olive oil and a sprinkle
of sea salt and pepper with absolutely no worries!
My favorite thing to do with good olive oil is put some in a shallow plate with a
little sea salt and pepper, and dip some crusty bread in it.
Add one teaspoon of olive oil and a pinch of
ground sea salt and pepper, toss to coat and put the onions on the same baking sheet that you used for the beet.
I like to add a little garlic and onion to enhance the pumpkin and then sprinkle on a tiny bit of
sea salt and pepper for flavor.
Add cumin, chili powder, oregano, coriander, garlic powder, smoked paprika,
sea salt and pepper in a bowl and set aside.
