More and more I see recipes specifying kosher (ing) salt or sea salt in recipes.
I omitted additional sea salt in this recipe because I use ingredients like organic soy sauce, hoisin sauce substitute, and sriracha sauce, which are all plenty salty already.
My only suggestion is to be careful with the salt — I used the required sea salt in the recipe and then topped off the crackers with extra salt but found it to be too salty, so just be careful.
