this every season against better teams and we get humiliated, our players just don't seem to read the game or sense danger.
F# # k this when we went to bayern away last
season against the best team in Europe We all thought we could get a result and had belief in the team
Not exact matches

season after
season, knowing we could improve our
team with
better players but the manager refusing to do so because he prefers mediocrity like Arteta and Flamini, or having to endure humiliating thrashings
against Southampton, Liverpool, City and Chelsea over the past 3
seasons.
Man we lost, you only say that we where much
better because chelsea raped us last
season, tactical ineptitude wont get us far, with wenger we only win
against crap
teams and tottenham.
I'm going to repeat what I said earlier... this
team actively pursued a policy to undermine the relationship between the fans and the
best player on this
team... for all intent and purposes this is a traitorous act... so instead of spending money, which all pundits and fans agreed was necessary in order to compete at the highest levels, this club was wasting time and money trying to turn fans
against Sanchez long before the end of the
season (the real concerted effort started around the time that Wenger benched him for the start of the Liverpool game)... for a
team that pertains to be different, like a FAMILY, and constantly questions the tactics of it's opponents, to engage in such a treasonous act is deplorable
Last
season Arsenal came close to becoming the
best defense in the entire league with
good defensive stats, but this
good news was smashed by the conceding 22 horrible goals
against the
teams in the top five, 20 of those on away games to those same top
teams (Chelsea, City, Liverpool, and Everton).
thats right pathetic fans want their
team to win stuff... what a weird thing to be... only 4th place junkies are real supporters... as to the idolisation of ramsey...
well of course its part of being a 4th place junkie... copenhagen basel beisktas rostov have all qualified for the CL so did zagreb et al... but top
teams rarely screw up
against them and certainly not every damn
season
Manolas scored five goals in 36 games last
season which is a
good return for an out and out defender so perhaps he could be utilized in games
against softer opposition until he is ready to challenge the ageing Per Mertesacker for a first
team place.
May sound perverse but I think a more evenly matched top 5 will offer us a
better chance of at least still being in the mix later in the
season — no one
team likely to dominate and walk away with it and all dropping a few points
against each other.
Giroud while a useful player
against certain
teams can't do that and Walcott is a waste of space and money... Dybala might have been and Pedro probably is (though not a big fan and anyway don't think he'll leave) Lucas might be or reus... But wenger
better find someone decent for that position if we want to take on chelski and an improved man utd next
season
Benteke is a
better finisher, passer, and dribbler than Giroud and may even in this sh*t hold up play afc fans keep taking about (Watch him
against so called big
teams)... regarding stats, Benteke plays for AV for football sake, so he gets far less support and chances... Mind that I'm not criticizing and I'm not taking anything from Giroud improvement this
season, it's plain comparison... Though, I want someone
better than Benteke
predictable... perez and welbeck over walcott and iwobi for me... all depends on whether ozil and sanchez turn up and ox can cut it
against big
teams... without that can kiss this game
good bye... and the
season
Someone in club should talk with Wenger about his plans for next
season as to how he is going to win trophies next
season and what his
best 11 will be.Currently it seems everyone in his
team are so up his *** that they don't have the courage to speak
against him.
Chelsea will lose, my prediction is 4 - 1, maybe i am wrong, maybe we will win 5 - 1, LOL Who knows what will happened, i am feeling that we will trash them, this is same chelsea
team which lost
against Psg, they are nothing special, they will win league, but to consider them that much
better than us is crazy, for me they are in same hat with us, Bayern, Real and Barca are above, this is reality, we had awfull start of
season due to bad preparation, but we need to give our players credit they deserve, we are equally
good as chelsea.

against the weaker
teams.

There are so many knee jerkers on this forum it's laughable.Spurs were
better than us today.Accept it.We played the same way
against Man City we won, Wenger is a genius. We play the same way again Spurs and loose.Wenger is crap.If we had played free flowing football
against Spurs and lost, Wenger would have been blamed for not playing defensively.Sometimes you have to accept when a
team is
better.Harry Cain is a great player at the moment but lets see whether he is any
good next

I think our
best football this
season was
against man city at the emirates, i have never seen arsenal put up that sort of fight
against a top
team in a long time, although we didn't win I was satisfied with the hunger we showed, i would always prefer le coq to Flamini but that is not what would win us this game, we need to show the right attitude, go there to win it, and When I say go there to win it, i don't mean throw everybody forward, I mean go out there with a winning and commited mentality, being ready to throw yourself at the shot, make the all important tackle instead of ducking when the cross comes it, all 11 players need to be ready to fight for the win, we need the boys fired up, COYG.
Overall we showed that we are not that bad and that we can play
against good teams, but we've seen
good performances in individual games before, it's about making it through the entire
season with that sort of commitment and it's all I've really asked for.
Arsenal were the
better team for most of this away tie but it just would not quite click up front, while yet another in a
season full of dodgy penalty decisions going
against us meant that the Germans were able to score the opener and then hold on valiantly for what is a huge result for the
team rock bottom of the Bundesliga.
Besides several
teams who have questions surrounding one or possibly two players, there is no squad that has so many issues heading into the final week of the transfer window... even Monaco, who have lost numerous players from their starting 11 have less controversy swirling in and around their club and they have champion's league play to contend with this
season... just think of how ridiculous this situation is especially considering that we have had the same manager for over 20 years... no
team should be
better organized than ours... if nothing else, that should be the one advantage this
team holds over all others, yet the exact opposite has occurred... this fact is even more disturbing considering the main argument
against removing Wenger from his managerial position was that there was no suitable replacement and that people feared some sort of perceived drop - off if a new manager was brought into the mix... based on what we've witnessed since the time of his contract renewal a monkey with a magic eight ball could have done an adequate job... I hate to make jokes, in light of our current dilemma, but this
team is so screwed up if I don't laugh about it, the only plausible response is to either cry or do something incredibly destructive... just look around this squad and try to see what our delusional manager sees that allow him to make such positive statements about our current
team
lst
season at stamford bridge, was the first time i saw that 4 -1-4-1 formation being used, and for some weird reason i feel a very strange negative vibe and
well all know the outcome.the manager has come back with this formation and its not yielding result, but he still sticks with it.i do nt know much about formations dear friends, but if you are playing a slow dm in arteta and a very very slow cb, then you are toast
against quality
teams with sound tactics.wen playing wellbeck as a lone striker, i think 4 -2-3-1, will work
better, but if we have a big player like oliver (boooos), thn we can try the 4 -1-4-1, thingy cos he can hold the ball for our midfielders to run in.but on the overall, shame on wenger for not giving our defence a
good cover DM.NO BODY PLAYS A SLOW DM / CB AND EXPECT TO B REGARDED AS CHAMPIONSHIP MATERIAL.IT HURTS GUYS, REALLY HURTS.

We gifted the Merseyside
team our 4th spot, by being not prepared and then not playing our
best player
against them last

best effort imaginable

of course the games
against stoke, leicester etc would have gone a long way to seeing us challenge for the title last
season but for a long time now we've been labelled flat track bullies i.e we are generally very

against man utd and chelsea maybe even city quite recently has not reflected a
team on the same level as those going for the premier league title.

best mls
team of the
