from that list, has amassed a group of us who are posting #eatseasonal recipes today.
My differences
from the original are that they used a whole turkey, I used the breast, they melted and then re-chilled the butter
mix and spread it under the skin and I left it melted and used it as a baste to make it easier, plus different cooking temps and minor diffs in
seasoning.
The flavor here is fantastic; a perfect
mix of salty, a subtle sweetness, the richness of sesame oil and butter and a bit of bite
from the
seasonings.
For lunch I made Homemade Tomato Sauce and
mixed them with the remaining
seasoned minced chicken
from Coconut Lemonade Custard Chicken to make Jambalaya Inspired Minced Chicken.
I actually threw in some red bell peppers I didn't finish using
from my fresh spring rolls recipe in the beginning of the recipe, and you could
mix it up with the
seasonings if you want.

mix well 4) In a smaller bowl, whisk together the honey, light brown sugar, melted butter and cinnamon until smooth and sugar has dissolved 5) Pour the honey mixture over the dry ingredients and stir well until you get a homogeneous mixture 6) Pour the mixture over the baking sheets and spread evenly with a spatula, then

Directions: Trim the outer leaves and stems
from brussels sprouts / Add to a pot of salted, boiling water and cook until tender, about 5 - 6 minutes / Drain sprouts, cut in half or into quarters, and set aside / Melt butter or olive oil in a large skillet, add diced bacon or pancetta / Render bacon until browned, but not crisp / Remove bacon
from the skillet and add onion to the pan along with two sprigs of thyme / Cook onions until soft, not browned, and
season with salt / Turn to medium high, add the brussels sprouts and apples to the onion
mix, cook and toss for several minutes, until sprouts and apples begin to brown / Return sautéed bacon to the pan, check for
seasoning and serve.
Meanwhile add 3 1/2 cups of vegetable broth to a pitcher, then add 1 teaspoon of soy sauce, 1/2 teaspoon of red wine vinegar and
season with freshly cracked black pepper,
mix everything together until well
mixed, also cut 2 diagonal slices
from a baguette that are about 1/2 inch thick and reserve
Preheat oven to 200 degrees celsius Grease baking tray or ceramic roasting pan
Mix together spinach, eggs, and garlic in a bowl

season it with sea salt and a generous portion of freshly cracked black pepper, and
