Whether you are
seasoned chilihead or
just getting started, this collection will work as a jumping off point for creative cooking
with chili
peppers.
While most times I'll throw in a spoonful of Dijon mustard or a pinch of nutmeg, here I
just simple made a roux

While sauce is boiling,
season chicken
