The toddler
seat is an additional
attachment so the stroller can grow with you as your family grows and Valco Baby strollers are very durable
so it will last long enough to do that as well.
The
seat can not be used until the baby is 6 months,
so until then we used the bassinet and the car -
seat attachment.
The
attachment doesn't allow you to use the regular canopy that comes with the stroller,
so you have to take the canopies off to use the
attachment which has only a canopy for the non-car
seat child.
So always read your user manual or consult a local car
seat technician to make sure you're using the correct
attachments.
You have to use an
attachment every time you put the car
seat on the stroller,
so if you lose it, you won't be able to use the car
seat with the stroller.

Some of the newer lightweight or umbrella - type strollers do have a full recline,
so if you choose to buy one right away, check to make... MORE sure your baby can lay flat in it or that it has an infant car
seat attachment, if you intend to use it for an infant.
I love that we can attach infant car
seats to this stroller but I wish the
attachment pieces weren't
so expensive.
But our peg perego
seats are the best car
seats we've ever had
so I wasn't willing to change car
seats in order to purchase a cheaper
attachment.
My favorite aspect is the rigid latch
attachment, which makes it
so easy to install and prevents any annoying shifting of the
seat.
You also have to remove the cupholder to uninstall the
seat, which is a bit difficult and I have already scratched a bit of the plastic off on both the
attachment piece and the actual shell of the car
seat in doing
so.

seats seem quite a bit smaller compared to the older version - the bar under in the basket was not helpful to me at all when grocery shopping (older version allows easier access to items in the basket)- no trays / cup holders for the little ones... (you can purchase some
attachments online but I wish at least one came with the product) Overall this Stroller is a keeper for us, gets the job done in style and suits our needs!
I like how the car
seat actually clicks into the
attachment so the car
seat is very secure.
These
seats also have a handle
so that mom and dad can carry the baby around in the car
seat, and most offer
attachments that fit to strollers — making these car
seats portable, which is perfect for napping babies.
Some newer models come with
seats that fold all the way back
so that newborns can use them, and others feature
attachment bars for car
seat hook - ups.
by rolling your pelvis forward to be in more of a neutral spine position, you actually move the
attachment site of your hamstrings
so in a sense, this would require you to adjust your
seat position to prevent you from reaching to far for your pedals.
The cars going to North America, where the cage won't be available as an option, will still have the
attachment points under their
seats,
so an aftermarket conversion shouldn't be a problem.
