My complaints about the Phil and Ted's were: extremely difficult to
fold to the point that I was not motivated to use it for anything other than walks around the neighborhood, horrible sunshade and no shade for the baby in the back (a must in Alabama), didn't steer well with the doubles attachment, and my 11 month old was almost
too tall for the 2nd
seat.
For an even more compact
fold you can remove both
seats and even the wheels
too — though I think it is very compact as shown below.

Got this to use as a travel stroller with the Nuna Pipa car
seat (our baby is still
too small for a regular umbrella stroller) l. For the airport, it
folds easily and can be rolled like a small suitcase when in the travel bag.

too heavy, easy to

seat for it which will be perfect for family days out.
