seats on the «Jetihad»
flight out of JFK, but now even those are
gone.
Availability is unfortunately always
going to be an issue with award
seats — that's the constraint in the system I try to preach flexibility above all else, so you usually can come by the Saver Level
seats needed to book the 35k Singapore miles
on United
flights.
All the main cabin extra
seats 17 - 19, except for the bulkhead
seats are great, if you can't get B or F. I took this
flight instead of
going direct from Boston
on BA, because the BA planes are old and uncomfortable.
But you should just be able to
go to an online travel agent or Cathay Pacific's website and see how many first class
seats they'll still sell you
on a
flight.
I'm 6» -1» 230 lb and I usually
go out of my way to get these exit row
seats, but
on this
flight I had to switch to non-exit row aisle
seat because it was too tight.

on a key U.S. route.
Award
seats are not always
going to be available
on any given
flight (except maybe Southwest), but that's fine.
