secondary teaching force since the late 1980s.

Primary and
secondary school faculties are aging; by 2008, 48 % of the current
teaching force will be eligible for retirement, leaving openings for new teachers.
At
secondary level, 74 per cent of school leaders said their schools had been
forced to cut teachers over the last year due to tight budgets, with a similar proportion saying the same about
teaching assistants.
The
teaching school, also rated as Ofsted outstanding, has secured its future by gaining approval to become an academy from Janet Renou, RSC for the north of England, although it could now be
forced to expand its intake to become a primary or
secondary school.

teaching force.
Mild physical
force was more likely as a
secondary response when the primary one had not succeeded for each misbehavior, whereas
teaching / verbal assertion was always less likely as a
secondary response (Table 3).
