seconds of a church service on television once.

of us, he can not explain why the clear order

of the
churches and in the
service of the sacred pastors» (italics added).

Second Vatican Council taught as follows: «In exercising supreme, full, and immediate power in the universal
Church, the Roman pontiff makes use

churches and in the
service of the sacred pastors» (Christus Dominus, 9).

second function
