There are also some
sections where trial and error must be used to figure out what the
game actually wants
of you, too, which in turn causes failures that don't feel fair.
Sadly, though, the blaster is let down by some really awkward aiming, leading me to only use it when I absolutely had to for certain
sections of the
game, such as one mental
section where you end up playing baseball by blasting off heads and defending the runner.
If you still want a little more Tintin action there's the challenge mode to dig your teeth into, but it simply tasks you with playing through more
of those dull
sections where you fly planes or drive bikes, and doesn't really add anything to the overall quality
of the
game, apart from an hour or two extra playtime if you like to try to score the highest medals for each challenge.
Sadly this is a common occurrence, the
game often devolving into mind - numbing
sections where you find yourself combining absolutely everything just to make a small amount
of progress.
