Here's the problem as I
see it: the kinds of people who often best benefit from the kinds of things
Author Solutions offers are not the sorts of people who would benefit from this contest.
I've
seen some of these names, but I had no idea they were linked to
Author Solutions.
After
seeing the number of major publishers and writing - related businesses that have chosen to bind themselves to
Author Solutions, this writer is far far far more concerned about steering new writers away from such exploitation than I am that Amazon will somehow subjugate over a 150,000 writers.
If «
Author Solutions» can point me to one, just ONE children's picture book that they have had a hand in designing, that has become a success story, that actually has decent illustration (and not googleyed, digital, bucket coloured art) I would love to
see it.
The only area of
Author Solutions» business that
saw an ISBN increase in 2015 is WestBow, the Christian self - publishing imprint marketed through Thomas Nelson.
