see in the previous issue.
After an underwhelming start to the franchise, I'm hoping to find «Fantastic Four: Rise of the
Silver Surfer» stepping up to the quality that the first family of superhero teams deserves, much as I'm praying to
see Bruce Willis provide a definitive finale to John McClane's legacy with «Live Free or Die Hard.»
Lacking any coherence in plot and filled with banality in script, Fantastic Four: Rise of the

seen by the very desperate.

My recommendation for Fantastic Four: Rise of the
Silver Surfer is that it will most likely please anyone who
saw and enjoyed the first film, and it won't change the opinions of anyone who hated it.
It's hard to believe that we've truly
seen the last of Hulk in this story, even if the two Thanoses will have their hands full with the
Silver Surfer turned Thor.
In honor of Halloween, New Yorkers were recently able to
see an amazing
Silver Surfer costume riding through the cities streets.
With both harnessing some of the greatest powers in their universes, and having two of the coolest modes of transportation (
Silver Surfer's board and Orion's Astro - Harness) in either comics, it would be great to
see them chase down their previous mentors and protecting worlds with life on them from the wrath of their mentors.
It would be interesting to
see Orion's temperament collide with
Silver Surfer's usually even keel persona.
With a humbling visual design bereft oflacking the usual superhero accoutrement in favor of a simple but iconic chromed exterior and his surfboard, visually the
Silver Surfer has more in common with Greek gods as
seen in ancient sculpture than the four - color superheroes that he shares the comics shelves with.
Of all of Lee's comics oeuvre, his
Silver Surfer stories would grow to be
seen as some of the author's most thoughtful and introspective works for the celebrated showman.
Fans are speculating that the
Silver Surfer, previously
seen in one the Fantastic Four movies, may make a surprise appearance in the movie too.
