hello, I has been doing the 20:4 IF for a week and I still haven't
seen any change in my weight, should I be worried?

In 7 weeks I dropped 28 lb, now the last 2 weeks I have
seen no change in my weight, despite increasing the weights on resistance and free weights and now working out 5 - 6 days per week for 1.5 hours a time.
