I've been
seeing them lately on Pinterest called Boobie Balls because they're supposed to be
good for

better you refer to your
breast pump's manual and
see if they mention its «microwave - safe».
If you are using one, consider trying nursing without and
see if baby can drain the
breast better.
Feeding at the
breast whenever you
see feeding cues from your baby is the
best way to increase your supply.
If one of your babies doesn't feed
well from one side you may choose to keep a
breast specifically for each baby, but if you'd like to switch them over you can try using a cradle hold on the non preferred side to
see if the latch is
better this way.
