What I love about

Flax «eggs» (flax meal + water) are a great
vegan egg replacement in recipes, and I was curious to
see if this blend would work as successfully.
If you look at the «Ingredients I Recommend» section you will

vegan Worcestershire sauce I used in this recipe!

In an effort to
see if anyone could tell that these were indeed HEALTHIER cookies, I brought both a
vegan batch (made with coconut oil and a flax egg) as well as a regular batch (made with butter and an egg) to a group of about 12 guys.
We also love to discuss our favorite supplements and
vegan products — every so often we'll have articles like this one, «What is Maca and why we love it» or this one «Wheatgrass powder juice recipe and benefits» that will help you learn a little more about these products and
see if they will benefit you or not.
I would be most interested in

if eating cooked
vegan foods would make a difference.

vegan minced meat, before adding all into the sauce, try a bit first, and
see if you like the taste.

Also in coral gables there's a great farmers market that serve's raw
vegan prepared food on the weekends called Glaser Farms,
if you shop at whole foods in Fl I'm sure there's a little section you've

saw gluten - free puff pastry in the supermarket the other day, didn't check to
see if it was
vegan though.
There are lots of alternative ways to make
vegan meatballs, maybe

What's in it: 1 medium - sized spaghetti squash (about 3 - 4 pounds) 5 tablespoons vegetable oil, I used half peanut half canola Kosher salt and Freshly ground black pepper 2 eggs (optional, I omitted this to keep mine
vegan) 1 (15 - ounce) package firm or extra firm tofu, water pressed out and diced * 1 red onion, thinly sliced 6 cloves garlic, finely minced 2 cups carrots, cut into matchsticks 2 cups bean sprouts 6 scallions, sliced Other optional veggies: I added a cup of sliced white mushrooms, but broccoli, peapods, or any others you like would work as well 4 tablespoons Pad Thai sauce, more to taste ** 1/3 cup peanuts, chopped 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped 1 lime, cut into wedges * you could alternatively use chicken or shrimp

• Use whatever store bought vanilla ice cream you like - my only option is Swedish Glace which thankfully I love but

What I love about Valentine's Day is that it's a fun, special occasion to celebrate my love for my guy, for us to get a little fancy and do something we both genuinely love, like going to

Vegan Brownies which calls for oil in addition to the avocado but I wanted to experiment to
see if I could make them without the oil.
But everybody at work got really intense about the fact that we needed to

see, I've used pitta pockets and wholewheat wraps (wraps were my favourite) I'm sure you could happily use a gluten free version; I've used cottage chese, blueberries and protein powder (
vegan if required) in varying amounts.
Just so you know, there truly is «life beyond the bread bowl,» and
if you check out this video (below), you'll
see what one woman shared regarding a «day in the life» of eating not only gluten free, but also
vegan.
If you watched that video, you
saw that I finally picked up the
vegan cashew pesto to try.
It would have been nice to
see a recipe that didn't include
vegan faux cheese, especially
if one of the cookbook's aims was to offer cheaper recipes.
Baked goods here in China are nothing like the ones in the west and either way, I can't read the ingredients to
see if they're
vegan or not.
