Seller financing has benefits to both parties involved so
if you
are highly
interested in a business,
see if it
is an option available.

seller indicates that they
are divorced and / or separated and that the other party has released their
interest in the matrimonial dwelling, ask to
see a deed reflecting the transfer of
interest, or evidence of a separation agreement indicating the spouse has released all of their
interest in the matrimonial dwelling.

see if anyone would
be interested in an off market transaction for a portfolio price, or
seller will just list one by one on MLS.
