I am
seeing a theme, account for the
items that make the house habitable first - roof, foundation, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, windows and then move
on the to the rest (new kitchens and baths,
flooring, paint, drywall, accent pieces, etc...).
When I glance at the price tag of a throw pillow, I
see how I could quickly spend way too much
on a decorative
item that often ends up tossed
on the
floor... so what about sewing a simple square or rectangle?
