The obvious benefits of «title - by - title» (or «pick - and - choose») buying have been well
documented in LIS literature: not only does it provide
libraries with the flexibility to supplement their existing catalogs with targeted selections, it requires less initial investment of time and money; it is often

libraries need; and it is also the most intuitive to the
