see more and more authors (new, midlist trad - pubbed, as well as veteran bestsellers) going indie, in part or whole.

and being totally wrong — instead it makes
more sense to understand Hebrews 11:1 as saying that «faith is a realization (or actualization)» of our hopes, a realization that the
author points out is greater than we could expect
and be sure in.
