AQUARIUM: Fantastic place to
see Nudibranchs and Flat Worms.
You will likely
see nudibranchs, moray eels, parrotfish, a variety of reef fish, jacks, rays, sharks and turtles.
after descending its 35 meters, you will
see nudibranchs and shrimps and other macros, and even some sharks if you're lucky.

I was thrilled to
see lots of turtles in every dive at Bunaken and even more
Nudibranches, crabs and octopus in Lembeh.
It is very common to
see bat fish, sea snakes, cuttlefish, a large variety of
nudibranchs, invertebrates and octopus.
Whichever conditions you find there will be loads to
see from turtles and giant map puffers to tiny shrimps and
nudibranchs.
It is easy to
see some nice corals here that are home to many
nudibranchs, stingrays, scorpion fish, octopus and lots more.
Imagine
seeing the marine life that inhabits this area, mainly trigger fish, large barracuda,
nudibranch, and a range of crustaceans, in an underwater high definition!
The diversity of marine life is exceptional and Bali provides one of the few opportunities for divers to
see the mighty mola (oceanic sunfish — mola ramsayi) manta rays and other large pelagics — but diving in Bali is not only for «big fish» enthusiasts, macro divers have a selection of treats awaiting them too — the pygmy sea horse, frogfishes, ghost pipe fish and a plethora of
nudibranch species to name but a few can all be found on Bali's fringing coral reefs.
At 40m deep, you will
see thousands of
nudibranchs scattered all over the seabed as far as you can
see; this, together with large schools of fish creating magnificent patterns, makes for an incredible diving experience.
The wreck is very large and while doing the course we
saw a white tip reef shark, large schools of inquisitive batfish and several flatworms and
nudibranch that were a pleasure to photograph.
Turtles, octopus, barracuda, leaf fish, lion fish,
nudibranchs, many different types of Moray eels, lobster, ghost pipe fish, green tree coral, sting rays, stone fish, scorpion fish, trumpet fish AND my first time
seeing dolphin on scuba!
My greatest dive was at Sental (north coast N Penida) because I
saw a Thresher shark but my favourite marinelife is
nudibranchs.
We also
see Spiny Lobsters as well as different
Nudibranchs inside of the caverns.
Haan's Reef on Gili Air is fast becoming renowned for excellent «muck diving» where divers can
see rare critters like frogfish, pink — leafed scorpion fish, flying gunard, mantis shrimp,
nudibranchs, pygmy seahorses, robust ghost pipefish, blue ringed octopus and ringed pipefish.
This site won't make it into any top 10 best dive site lists but we did
see a leaf fish and lots of
nudibranchs.
This wall site is accessed from the boat and you ascend down directly onto the reef wall that houses small caves, overhangs where you will
see Angelfish, Butterfly fish, Lionfish, Hawkish,
Nudibranch and if your lucky at the time a whale shark!

A dive site with plenty of macro marine and the opportunity to
see angelfish, butterfly fish, lionfish, hawkish,
nudibranch and barracuda This is a wall dive that is accessed directly from the boat allowing you maximum time to investigate all the nooks and crannies along the wall.
From
nudibranch to sharks, from turtles to clownfish, we
saw each time a full spectrum of marine life as we navigated around the bommies, the canyons and the big walls of corals.
The wall is covered with both soft and hard corals and you may
see barracudas, angelfish, butterfly fish, lionfish, Hawk fish,
nudibranch, pygmy seahorses, ghost pipefish and if your lucks in maybe a Whale Shark.
We
saw large schools of yellow snappers, puffer fish, a red fire goby, butterflyfish, and some
nudibranchs.
In 1 dive I
saw 3 torpedo rays, a pink frogfish, a candy crab, a sea horse, a crocodile fish and a clown
nudibranch (gymondoris).
See: Angelfish, surgeon fish,
nudibranchs, sponges and sea slugs.
However at night a different world comes to live, a world where you will
see Spanish dancers, the school of huge Bumphead parrotfish in their sleeping cocoons, Flashlight fish, Bobtail squid, sea moths, ghost pipefish, cuttlefish, starry night octopus, mimic octopus and different kinds of
nudibranchs!
Schools of manta rays, reef sharks and wobbegongs may grab the limelight, but the real beauty lies in the variety of colourful smaller creatures that you can
see, such as
nudibranchs, shrimps, crabs and other crustaceans, pipefish and seahorses.
Additonally various animals such as sharks, eels, octopus, stingray, crayfish,
nudibranch and over 150 other different fish species can be
seen.
Some of the dives: Aquarium: 10 - 16 metres This is the ideal site to
see small reef fauna including clown fishes, stingrays, small moray eels, angel and butterfly fishes, triggerfishes,
nudibranchs and more.
At slack tide, when there is no current at all, you can stop to
see the smaller creatures such as Blue ribbon eels, Orangutan crabs and some
nudibranchs.
More than 10 species of
Nudibranchs can be
seen here along with the Frog fish, Harlequin Sweetlips and Crocodile Fish.
Pigmy seahorses, different species of
nudibranch can be
seen as well.
Expect to
see reef sharks, rays, schools of trevally, anemone fish, stone fish,
nudibranchs, colourful corals.
It is is easy to
see some interesting corals here that are home to numerous sea creatures some of which are;
nudibranchs, stingrays, scorption fish, octopus and lots more..
Look close to the reef to
see number of colourful
Nudibranch, tropical reef fish and even pelagic like Manta Ray and Eagle Ray in the deep water.
Macro lovers will not be disappointed with the chance to
see an array of
nudibranch, shrimp, pipefish and other tiny oddities.
Bargibanti and Denise Pygmy Seahorse, Tasseled Scorpionfish, flatworms,
nudibranchs and even an Epaulette Shark (commonly
seen during the night) were spotted!
After a nice breakfast we jumped again in the water, dive site was Vibrant Colour, were we
saw big schools of Jack, and a lot of different
nudibranchs and shrimps, made all the macro photographers happy.
Among the marine life
seen, some of the highlights to be mentioned were
nudibranchs, including the genus Phidiana, Orangutan Crab and our first Pygmy Seahorse, a Denise specimen, for the macro lovers.
Some of the marine life
seen during the dive included: Banded Sea Snake, Day Octopus, Hawksbill Turtle and smaller creatures, like the Bargibanti Pygmy Seahorse,
nudibranchs, five different kinds of flatworms, headshield slug, Hairy Shrimp and even a nocturnal Epaulette Shark.
On top of that, a friendly school of Bumphead Parrotfish let our divers approach while munching on the reef, Green and Hawksbill Turtle were also
seen and a few critters, including Tasseled Scorpionfish, Denise Pygmy Seahorse and
nudibranchs, like a beautiful Nembrotha kubayana.
We
saw very beautiful ornate, red hairy pipe fish ponto sea horse and many
nudibranch.
The divemasters did nt disappoint and some of the highlights of this dive included: Pygmy and Bobtail Squid, Marbled Shrimp, flatworms,
nudibranchs and the seldom
seen Satomi Pygmy Seahorse!
While swimming among the reef, critters were also
seen, including
nudibranchs, Wire Coral Shrimp, Denise Pygmy Seahorse and Tasseled Scorpionfish.
Among the marine life
seen, some of the highlights to be mentioned were Bubble Coral Shrimp,
nudibranchs, including the genus Phidiana and Orangutan Crab for the macro lovers as well as a Hawksbill Turtle and the first Wobbegong Shark of the trip.
During the dive, from time to time you
see big rocks and boomies with a lot of macro stuff around as
nudibranch, crabs, pygmy sea horses and also wobbegong sharks below.
Some of the highlights
seen during the dive included: Wobbegong Shark, Crocodile Fish, Marble Shrimp, Twin spot Lion fish, Black Tip Sharks,
Nudibranchs, Cuttle fish.
For «big fish» aficionados, whale sharks, manta rays, leopard sharks and other pelagics are a major draw whilst macro-life such as seahorse, frogfish, ghost pipefish and an array of
nudibranch and crustaceans can all be
seen amongst the reefs.
Scuba Diving aboard the Mantra Liveaboard will let you explore the beautiful underwater world of the Komodo National Park, where divers can
see schools of Barracuda, Sharks,
Nudibranchs, Frogfish and Manta Rays.
This dive was not different, as Bargibanti, Denise and Raja Ampat Denise Pygmy Seahorses were
seen,
nudibranchs, like the Flabellina and even a Giant Frogfish were
seen.
The Three Sisters at Padar Island is a place where you can
see anything from sharks to
nudibranchs, surgeon fish and devil rays.
