On every corner you
see piles of the best
dried fruit — my favourite being the dates, apricots, figs — as well as more
nuts than you can possibly image, heaps of insanely colourful, totally exotic herbs
and spices, brilliant
dried tea mixes, awesome honey
and nut based bars (I'm obsessed)
and the world's best, most freshest juices — pomegranate
and orange being my new favourite, possibly the yummiest juice ever.
Once you've mastered these simple buns, you can use the same dough to make James's teatime Chelsea buns
and delicious
fruit loaf (
see «Goes well with»)-- just mix up the spices a bit
and swap the currants for other
dried fruits and nuts.

First when I heard
and saw Granola it was very new
and it was similar to muesli, basically both muesli
and granola are made from the same ingredients i.e. grains (rolled oats),
nuts, seeds
and dry fruits.
Breakfast is an increasingly elaborate affair which
sees our bench strewn with
nuts, seeds,
dried fruit and grains.
Those are solid defenses of my habit, sure, but they don't quite explain the sheer joy I feel when I
see those translucent bins displaying every grain, bean,
dried fruit,
and nut you can imagine, or the rush I get from pulling the lever
and letting those lentils run free.
