sin is pride idolatry is the first commandment we set ourselves as Gods.Regardless of what the
sin is, our hearts are condemned by our pride. It wasnt the
sin of homosexuality or sexual deviance that destroyed sodom. It was there pride and it is one of our biggest stumbling blocks in our christian walk or it certainly was for me.We look at the story of the adulterous woman and we think adultery is a terrible crime but the story is for our benefit to show that we all are sinners that Jesus does nt condemn us but came to save us.And when Jesus says go and
sin no more he was not
only talking to the woman but everyone else that was around judging her for her
sin its a universal message that we all need to

sin that Jesus came to save us and that we turn from our
sin and follow him.Because he is the way the truth and the life.brentnz

the blood of the son of god is greater then mur and the biblea moral system its a gospel and a covenant that says we cant meet gods standard but jesus did, so everyone can be forgiven of anything if they recieve it form jesus od does nt say just cause u murdered your excluded to god
sin is
sin, the
only difference is the level of boundary you break ad the consequence in this life, a liar gets a small consequence a murder will in this reap judgement, but to after this life god
sees as we a
sinned, jesus paid it all and he forgives everyone who believes in jesus for an they did

Is it possible and after reading about it i kept on thinking «i will sell to my soul for 20 carats get out shut up i will never ever sell my soul to you oh god please help me and this is continuing for a few days i am afraid that i have sold my sold to the devil have i please help and still i think god's way of allowing others to hate him us much worse even you know and can easily think think about much better punishments like rebirth after being punished for all the
sins in life and i am feeling put on the
sin of those who committed the unforgiviable
sin (the early 0th century priests) imagine them burning in hell fire till now for 2000 years hopelessly screaming to god for help i can't belive the mercy of god are they forgiven even though commiting this
sin keans going to hell for entinity thank you and congralutions i think the 7 year tribulation periodvis over in 18th century the great commect shooting and in 19th century the sun became dark for a day and moon was not visible on the earth but now satun has the domination over me those who don't belive in jesus crist i used to belive in him but now after knowing a lot in science it is getting harharder to belive in him even though i know that he exsists and i
only belived in him not that he died for me in the cross and also not for eternal life and i still
sin as much as i used to before but
only a little reduced and i didn't accept satan as my master but what can i do because those who knowingly
sin a lot and don't belive in jesus christ has to accept satan as their master because he
only teaches us that even though he is evil he gives us complete freedom but thr followers of jesus and god
only have freedom because they can
sin only with in a limit and no more but recive their reward after their life in heaven but the followers of satun have to go to hell butbi don't want to go to hell and be ruled by the cruel tryant but still why didn't god destroy satun long way before and i think it was also Adam and eve's fault also they could have blamed satan and could have also get their punishment reduced but they didn't and today we are
seeing the result

Yes, I think the
only thing that allows ND to not be the Exodus - style ex-gay ministry is that instead of thinking that sexual
sin is the worst of all
sins, and that homosexuality is the worst of all sexual

sees sexual
sin, all sexual
sins, as «secondary matters».

Janet i think what you have said is quite insightful and you are right and there is another meaning to Go and
sin no more and that speaks to me of repentence making a decision to Follow Christ the one who saves. The words Go and
sin no more is referring to a continual ongoinging process of living for Christ rather than dying in our
sins daily there is no comparison.I thought that was awesome pointing the law back to all of us for we all have
sinned and the judgement is death but Jesus came that we might have life in its fullness. Many people
only see the adulterer when she portrays who we are as sinners that he came to save all of us
sin is
sin and the punishment is death so again you are quite right people use the scriptures to judge and that was never Jesus intention.I hope that helps when someone uses that scripture incorrectly and you can you use it like Jesus did to point it back at those who judge i hope that helps.brentnz
Jeremy have been asking the holy spirit for his help with this and in regards to the lame man that Jesus healed I do nt believe that
sin was the issue for him just like the blind man was it his parents or did he
sin the answer was neither but so that God would be glorified. What was the
sin that may have been worse for him.The two situations are related of the woman caught in adultery the key words being go and
sin no more
only two references in the bible and will explain later the lame man we
see at first his dependency on everyone else for his needs he cant do it he is in the best position to receive Gods grace but what does he do with it.Does he follow Jesus no we are told he goes to the temple and Jesus finds him now that he has his strength to do things on his own what his response to follow the way of the pharisees that is what is worse than his condition before so he is warned by go and
sin no more.We get confused because we
see the word
sin but the giver of is speaking to him to go another way means death.Getting back to the two situations of the woman caught in adultery and the lame man here we
see a picture of our hearts on the one our love for
sin and on the other the desire to work out our salvation on our terms they are the two areas we have to submit to God.My experience was the self righteousness was the harder to deal with because it is linked in to our feelings of self worth and self confidence so we have to be broken so we are humble enough to realise that without God we can do nothing our flesh hates that so it is a struggle at first to change our way of thinking.brentnz
Only then can we draw near to him and in the Spirit start
seeing victory after victory over our
sin.
Thank God I was able to evaluate the
sins in everyone else and even in myself, to
see not
only their own hate but also to acknowledge my own, and in so doing to be one step holier than the rest of the rabble.
