Aside from its expense, I never
see organic almond flour available.

almonds, then I soak them in salt water for 7 hours to get rid of the enzyme inhibitors (present in all nuts) so you can digest them better (
see «Nourishing Traditions» by Sally Fallon or http://www.WestonAPrice.org).
I have never used coconut oil or

see both regularly in my
organic shop.

When you know how much they cost,

Organics has sprouted turmeric tortillas and oatmeal, TruRoots sells pre-sprouted quinoa, and I'm sure you've
seen some (likely crazy expensive) sprouted nut butter on the shelf at your local health food store.
It's used in golden milk lattes — those orange - yellow drinks you've probably
seen on Instagram — which are made by dissolving the paste into warm
almond or coconut milk along with a little
organic honey and fresh grated ginger.
