I always
see sweet tarts all over the blog, so this was a nice change.

The sorghum flour has a slight bitterness, which lends well to a savoury
tart, but if you have your heart set on a
sweet galette,

It is a combination of a bunch of
sweet and
tart fruits rolled into one, such that I can only suggest you give it a try to
see what I mean.
So I plan to try them again with a crust more like a
sweet tart dough and
see what happens.

tart apple, like a Honeycrisp, is best) 4 - 6 cups chicken or vegetable stock (
see note in directions) 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar salt and pepper to taste (lots of pepper!)
I'm not a fan of
sweet - savory cooking — with a few exceptions, most notably glazed Korean chicken wings, but when I
saw the sticky jar of brusque miel de ronce (wild blackberry honey) on her counter, I suggested drizzling a bit over the
tart just before baking.

saw on how
sweet it is.
As you can
see, this dish is
sweet, savory, sharp, slightly bitter, nutty, earthy, and
tart.
