A lot of the time with style I think: if you can't
see the appeal here, I don't know that I'll ever be able to explain it.
Not exact matches
The Trans Mountain Expansion Project is still before the National Energy Board (NEB)(
see the comment by Kirk Lambrecht QC
here) and all the while spawning lots of litigation, some in the Federal Court of
Appeal and some in the provincial superior courts.
We have
seen it to be a genuine religion, and no mere silly
appeal to imagination to cure disease; we have
seen its method of experimental verification to be not unlike the method of all science; and now
here we find mind - cure as the champion of a perfectly definite conception of the metaphysical structure of the world.
I
saw in Mohler's review of the book yet another illustration of what I have described
here; for as Mohler related the book's argument, there was precious little
appeal to evidence, and considerably more to morality and emotion.
Having recently acknowledged its limitations in dealing with regional terrorists groups (
see here and
here) and revealed concern for military burden sharing (note, for example, the US» discussion that France reimburse it for the cost of providing troop transport aircraft for its recent Mali intervention), the US will likely find
appealing the prospect of EU leadership in this arena.
I've had this top for a while (
seen here,
here and
here), yet somehow it still holds just as much
appeal as it did two years ago.
Another feature which is quite attractive and
appealing is that we guarantee you that the women you
see around
here are all real, there are no fake profiles.

In a sense this is what made things good about this playset while movie tie in games tend to be annoying and underdone I never felt this playset was and I was often happy to
see many of the movies iconic locations and characters presented

seen in every piece
here, is simply life.

The Plaintiff
appealed, arguing that the motion judge had not properly considered whether Ontario was the «forum of necessity» — i.e. the doctrine allowing the Court to assume jurisdiction over a dispute, even though there is no «real and substantial connection» with Ontario, because there is no other forum in which the plaintiff can reasonably seek relief (
