With Valkyria Chronicles 4 already out in Japan for PS4, all eyes are now on the Nintendo Switch version, which we've yet to
see gameplay from.

I am a huge fan of the original Prince of Persia trilogy, and when I heard about this game I was a little worried that they would change to much of what made the original games great, and I was right, the
gameplay has been completely destroyed, platforming is awkward do to too may actions being mapped to the same buttons, combat is tedious and unenjoyable, it's EXTREMELY repetitive, having to search around for light seeds just to advance the plot is stupid, and do to the fact that you can't really die the whole game just feels like trial and error, and the new Prince character is completely unlikeable, while they messed up most of the game it's got some good things going for it, the voice acting is solid, the graphics are beautiful, and the ending does have interested in
seeing where the story goes
from here, but I'm not sure if I want to pick up the next game they come out with, this was a huge disappointment and isn't worthy to bear the Prince of Persia name.
The
gameplay is extremely funny and fluid and
from a technical point of view it's finally something good to
see.

saw in our own 45 - minute

There's also the return of the old physics - based
gameplay (something that seems to be lacking
from more recent Sonic titles), where Sonic makes use of physics to bounce off enemies and springs to reach new areas — it brings back a level of skill required that you just don't

from Castle Crashers where it may look silly but the
gameplay footage showed there was a sense the developers crafted an interesting, very fun game and gave it polish.
I was always fascinated by the

from the videos alone.
While its

from what we
saw in previous Street Fighters, its presentation, at least, is fantastic.
