Seeing saturated fat and high cholesterol
mentioned in favorable terms in a
study — both of which are needed for a healthy brain and for good blood sugar control — is always exciting.
But even prior to all this, we had severe concerns about VLC / ketogenic diets: the very low triglycerides that these ketogenic dieters attain were being implicated in autoimmune pathogenesis in an Italian
