Instead of spreading the top
layer of
dressing over all the veggies, I heaped it in the center, as you can
see in the photo.
Breastfeeding tops or
dresses specially designed to make it simple are super easy (
see Amamante, A Mother's Boutique) or try
layering a tank - either a regular one with a stretchy neckline or some kind of nursing tank (I'm a fan of Undercover Mama, the Naked Nursing Tank, Rumina, The Dairy Fairy nursing tank, and Melinda G «s nursing tank) so you can pull your top up and the bottom
layer down (demo video here), and necklines that stretch enough to pull a breast out are all good options.

Striped Basics are the best... I picked it up on the same day as this
dress and I know how much you loved that one, but I'm not really doing this striped beauty any justice as you can't really
see it, though it's a great little comfortable piece for wearing with sneakers and also
layering it up like I do here with different textures and tones.

As you can
see pairing
dresses with over the knee boots are a sure thing in the fall / winter, which you can also
layer with a faux fur vest or coat to complete a cold weather look.

I've been
seeing peplum

If you have started
seeing a trend here, you will notice I don't typically wear separates unless I'm
layering over a
dress.
Try a sheer maxi
dress with a slip underneath, a midi skirt with a peek - a-boo hem, or a
see - through tee
layered over a cami.
I can
see layering some of the other tops in different colors over the
dress to mix things up and create new outfits, too.
To leave those sandals the spotlight I wore a more basic off - the - shoulder
dress, which you already
saw in one of my last posts
layered together with denim.
Since it's still too chilly to wear any kind of spring
dress without
layers, I decided I would
see if I could winterize this Bishop & Young
dress by adding a turtleneck underneath of it and a pair of OTK boots.
I love how you
layered a
dress with that striped skirt you are seriously the first person I've ever
seen do that and it is brilliant.
While we are still transitioning from summer to fall you will mostly
see me
layering my summer
dresses with a sweater.
As you'll
see, people were already
dressing for milder weather, but the weather has turned chilly and rainy this week, which means folks are piling on the
layers.
Another reason why I love Boden
dresses is that they are super easy to
layer under my omni - present J. Crew sweaters; the colourful patterns give me lots of scope to mess around with various versions of «colour soup» — a.k.a. throw a bunch of colours together and
see what sticks.
My favourite has to be the red delicately pleated floor length gown, with the tulle sheer enough that you can
see the elegant pink lace plunged neckline

dress of my dreams.
You really

dress with just a touch of bohemian flair, or you can
layer on the bohemian elements for a really eclectic, individual look.
Also note that the
dress really isn't
see through... there was a
layer underneath that I didn't realize was hiked up while I was taking these pics.
A cutout green
dress will look really cool with a black moto leather jacket, a bright blue slip
dress can be
layered in many ways (think under a
see - though shirt), while a bright jumpsuit is always a stunner.
These are great tips for
layering a summer
dress when its cold, I could
see myself wearing some of the pieces, I love the black sunglasses!

Not only going with base
layers that we don't
see, but go for that turtleneck under your slip -
dress, or a pair of cropped skinny jeans under your midi - skirt.
In the summer I could
see wearing this top constantly — over a
dress, over a bathing suit, over a
layering tank.
The
layering dress is a really chic one and I can definitely
see you pull it off hun!

We've been
seeing the
