It is very common to
see white tip sharks, giant mantas, manta rays, fish such as buffoon, giant grouper, morays, and a great variety of many other species of different sizes and colors.
We have snorkeled all over Maui and, in our opinion, it is one of the best snorkeling sites on the island.This year
we saw a white tipped shark, a barracuda, a moon crab, an octopus, eels, and many, many green sea turtles.

saw not only the iguanas and frigate birds familiar from San Cristóbal but also blue - footed and red - footed boobies,
white -
tipped reef
sharks, more turtles, land iguanas, and other creatures.
The inside area of the crescent has a cave large enough for divers to enter, in which

seen sleeping.
We
saw lots of red bass,

shark cruising by us at 10 meters.
We have also been
seeing Longfin Bat fish,

sharks, turtles are a almost guarantee around the north Gilis.
We have been
seeing hammerheads, mobula rays,
white tip reef
sharks, barracuda, devil rays, trevally, tuna and more and more schools of squid mainly at the dive site «Gili Sarang».
You might even
see graceful manta rays and a
white tip reef
shark (don't worry, they won't bother you).
So far I've
seen baracuda, a small
white tip reef
shark, a turtle, many Mantas and loads of very small critters.
Many dives reserve surprises though, and we had a couple of very cool sightings this last week: some black -
tip and
white -
tip reef
sharks, an eagle ray (which I finally
saw after being told there's been one maybe... 10 times?)
We have also
seen quite a few
white tip reef
sharks this week which is quite unusual here in Lembongan.
The wreck is very large and while doing the course we
saw a
white tip reef
shark, large schools of inquisitive batfish and several flatworms and nudibranch that were a pleasure to photograph.
Along with the countless turtles we
see regularly, we also ran into a school of bumphead parrot fish, eagle rays, moray eels, giant black frogfish, and a few
white tip sharks swimming through our dive sites.
You will
see 10 - 30 grey reef
sharks,
white -
tip reef
sharks as well as other species.
Scuba diving South Lombok means the chances of
seeing turtles and
white tip reef
sharks.
You can
see marine iguanas, colorful reef fish,
white -
tip sharks, rays and the beach's namesake, sea turtles.
When diving here, you can
see eleven different species of
sharks, 479 species of fish, and large pelagics such as jacks, manta ray, tuna, and whale
sharks.It also has the highest population density for
white tip reef
sharks!

seen on this amazing dive.
Common species
seen during dives include:
white tip sharks, schools of Grunts, Yellowtail Snapper, Spotted Eagle Rays, turtles, stingrays, angel fish, octopus, sea horses, starfish, frogfish and many species of eels.

sharks who can often be observed cruising around below We also dive the East and West side of the island so you can the chance to
see this reef stunning island in it's entirety
Following the ridges all the way down to 30m, advanced get to experience a unique part of the dive site know as «Jack Point» where a huge resident school of Jacks are known to stay circling overhead, as well as having a good chance of
seeing black and
white -
tip reef
sharks and numerous blue - spotted stingrays.
Moreover, during the colder months you have a great chance to
see manta rays, and other
sharks like hammerheads and
white tips.
On one dive, I
saw seven black
tip reef
sharks and a
white tip shark.
Carefully looking into the large pools we
see white tip reef
sharks who are almost dancing around the edge especially for our entertainment.
All black and
white tip sharks, they are
seen frequently in the waters around Bunaken but never in such large numbers on one dive!
Come

tip and
white -
tip reef
sharks, bumphead parrot fish and more.
Hammerhead
shark, Caribbean reef
shark and even the oceanic
white tip shark are
seen occasionally, but these lucky sightings are rare.
This week in Bunaken we've
seen some amazing wildlife, spotting large
white tip sharks, several stunning scorpion leaf fish and of course plenty of turtles!

saw a juvenile
white tip shark on their very first open water dive!
There are plenty of
sharks to be
seen in Raja Ampat from
white and black
tipped reef
sharks to whale
sharks and even some rarer ones such as wobbegong
shark.
Hammerheads by tons, 3 whale
sharks, loads of black and
white tips reef
sharks, many Galapagos
sharks and we
saw a Tiger
Shark twice.

Here in the Gilis we have several dive sites where you can
see white tip and black
tip reef
sharks.
Below us were four
white tip reef
sharks, and in the distance I
saw 2 sea turtles.
Here and then we
see white -
tip reef
sharks in little caves on the reef.
White tip reef
sharks are also commonly sighted here and if you are lucky you may
see some Galapagos
sharks and hammerheads, 2 sights with which you will become increasingly familiar with on your Ecuador diving cruise.
However, more often than on the USAT Liberty Shipwreck, you will
see White -
tip reef
sharks, Napoleon wrasse, some big filefish (including Scrawled), and large moray eels.
It's incredible to
see thousands of grouper within a few feet of you, and there's an increased chance of
seeing sharks on this dive as well since the spawning attracts
white tips and lemon
sharks.
Also cruising around every now and again we had the pleasure of
seeing grey reef
sharks and
white tips.
On our second day, we took a boat tour around the south shore of the island, where we
saw penguins, playful sea lions, marine iguanas, and
white -
tip reef
sharks.
Take this good chance to
see the rich biodiversity including the
white -
tip reef
sharks, huge sea turtles, barracuda, manta rays, mola - mola, moray eels and more species on more than 25 dive sites around the three Gili islands.
I just did a couple of
shark dives in Fiji and
saw tawny nurse
sharks (not grey), bull
sharks, lemon
sharks, grey reef, silvertips,
white and black
tips.
This dive is not for the faint - hearted as black and
white tip reef
sharks are frequently
seen!
On the way you'll probably
see sweetlips, trevally, turtles and black and
white tipped reef
sharks.
