One of the big problems
i see with religious people is the inordinate amount of time and effort they spend connecting with an imaginary «god / jesus» as opposed to actually connecting with the real people who are around them everyday...

see no reason to bargain
with atheists or their idiotic vestiges of palpable dogma they spew forth by their desicrating

religious leaders of Christendom gave their blessing to its members to kill others «in the name of Christ», such as Catholic Dominican inquisitor Tomas de Torquemada (1420 - 98) of Spain, who ruled tyrannically for 15 years (1483 - 98,
with the blessings of Pope Sixtus IV [who praise him for «directing his zeal to those matters that contribute to the praise of God»] and Innocent VIII) and
saw that over 114,000 (of which 10, 220 were burned at the stake)
people were put to death.
If we look at Scripture and history, we
see that the reason God's messengers get condemned and criticized and killed is because they never go
with the
religious status quo, but instead, call on the
religious people to repent and change their ways, and abandon the foolish and empty chase after
religious rituals and regulations.
He fights
with every
religious leader of his day (they are representives of God), hangs out
with some of the lowest
people in society (drunks, prostitutes, tax collectors), healed
people on the sabbath (they
see this as against the law), healed lepers (also against the law), accepts some Gentiles and heals them (outside his actual mission), died for all of «humanity», etc..
Or could these be informed
people who actually
see what Obama is trying to do to this country what
with SOPA and his wanting to enforce martial law in America... Surely it isn't just
religious people who
see this... In fact, if you read news outside of CNN and Fox, you
see just how bad Obama really is
When a patient's problems are related to
religious or moral conflict, the staff clergyman would be the most likely
person for the patient to
see because of his authority in this area and because he may be perceived by the patient to be the most appropriate
person to deal

The main problem I've
seen with people accepting evolution (aside from plain old

Saying that you are a member of a particular church, or that you attend church
with a certain frequency, or that you
see religion as important does not necessarily indicate that you are a truly
religious person.
