week saw a number of telecom companies

I was going to write a
post about all the changes you can expect to
see and what plans I have for the future, but then I realized that I simply don't know what is going to happen to me or this blog next
week, let alone next year.
I was amazed to
see this
post as this subject has been at the forefront of my mind for the past
week.
Last
week, I used my Facebook page to get some feedback about the blog from readers, and many of you expressed a desire to
see more
posts on faith and parenting.
Well, it's been one of those
weeks for me, as I've been battling pinkeye... yes, pinkeye... for the last four days, along with a boatload of work related to book edits and blog
posts for next week.So I spent a good part of yesterday in the exact same pose as you
see above, only with swollen, crusty eyes, slightly better hair, and a more robust vocabulary from which to bemoan my oppression.
So, for one
week I
posted under other names, none that I had ever
seen used before.
You might have
seen all the various salmon recipes and marinades I used in previous
posts and I could probably eat it five days out of a
week, which I've tried to do until my husband put his foot down and pleaded for beef and poultry.
I'm trying not to eat sugar for a
week or so and was just on the hunt for savoury muffins to act as a snack when I decided to read through some blog
posts I hadn't got round to reading yet (I favourite them until I have time... as you can
see I'm quite far behind).
Finally writing this
post after making this cake a couple
weeks ago and
seeing these photos makes me really want to make the cake again.
But seriously, if you don't
see any new
posts this
week just know that I'm undergoing massive reboots and techie stuff that I don't really understand and I'll be back soon.
And I was right, as soon as my husband
saw the
post he asked me to make it for him back en Suisse, so I'll definitely be using quinoa flakes in this recipe very soon — probably this
week even
When I looged on last night after
weeks of heavy distractions at my job, I browsed all the «missed
posts» to
see what's up with Jacob and loved the standing up video!
For me this was like being a kid in the candy store, so you can bet you will
see some more
posts on exotic fruit in the upcoming
weeks.
The later you view this
post in the
week the more submissions there will be so make sure you check this
post again after Tuesday to

week.
But then this
week Renee
posted a recipe for marinated tempeh and, inspired, I decided to play around with the idea,
see what I could cook up.
I

I will definitely not be back to the 3 x a
week posting schedule or even
posting weekly but expect to
see me here a little more regularly than in 2015...
