seed and nut breads — I can't believe what I have been missing.
Now if only I could perfect
her seed and nut bread she'd use for the sandwiches...
But having a loaf of this cinnamon raisin
seed and nut bread on hand makes them significantly more bearable.
It makes a wonderful spread (seen above on my favorite flourless
seed and nut bread) and can replace the sweetener in most recipes (such as this flourless chocolate cake).
My best tip for this activated buckwheat
seed and nut bread, after you've removed it from the oven and let it cool (and probably eaten a few slices even though the recipe says to wait until fully cold before slicing), is to slice up half the loaf and pop it into the freezer so you'll always have some on hand.

As i suffer from Anorexia Nervosa i always found it hard to maybe have banana
bread,
nuts and seeds or a smoothie... but you have shown me that it's healthy
and great for your body.

Give your
bread new varieties by adding walnuts, dried tomatoes, olives, sesame

nuts or a mixture of

and raisins, dried figs, small chunks of bacon, etc..
Gluten free, paleo, keto, packed with filling
nuts and seeds, it's portable, sturdy enough to carry a huge serving of smashed avocado
and doesn't have that cakey texture like many other paleo
bread alternatives.
There are heaps of versions of this Nordic / Viking / Stone Age
bread (Stenalder Brød) floating around the internet; my version has a large variety of
nuts and seeds but if you don't have one in particular or the walnuts are on special you can chop
and change the quantities to your liking.
Pre-soaking the
nuts and seeds in this
bread creates a chewy, fibrous loaf that is high in protein, gluten - free
and vegan.

I love to add savory flavors to my

What's in it: For the french toast --- 1/2 large loaf of multigrain

seeds)-- 1 - 2 tablespoons brown sugar (depending on your sweetness preference)-- 1/4 teaspoon salt

nuts to give a little variety, in the form of hemp
seed oil, hemp butter
and even
