seed butter recipe using coconut oil and a blender or food processor.
I was tempted to put sweetener in my sunflower
seed butter recipe this morning, but remember my experiment.
Not exact matches
I tweaked Aran's
recipe a little by adding pumpkin
seeds instead of pistachios and substituting regular
butter with nut
butters and ghee.
2 tablespoons
butter 2 tablespoons vegetable oil 1/4 pound bacon, chopped 1 onion, chopped 1 bell pepper,
seeds and stem removed, chopped 2 tomatoes, chopped 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 pound calabaza, peeled and diced 2 tablespoons Ceylon Dark Curry Powder,
recipe here 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves 1/2 cup water 2 cups half and half Chopped Italian parsley for garnish
2 pounds lean pork, diced 1/4 cup
butter 1 cup chopped cabbage 2 onions, chopped 1 green (or slightly ripe) mango, sliced 1 cup white wine or coconut milk (see
recipe, here) 2 tablespoons Ceylon Dark Curry Powder,
recipe here 2 teaspoons tamarind paste or pulp 3 cloves garlic, crushed 1 habanero chile,
seeds and stem removed, minced 2 medium eggplants, peeled and chopped 2 chayotes, peeled and chopped (or substitute hubbard squash) 1 cup cooked navy beans
I did nt put nut
butter or almond milk because i cant do nuts but raw milk and chia and flax
seeds and it was delicious I follow many health blogs like yours but your
recipes are certainly the best!
I've yet to find one that comes close to «normal» bread but some of the almond or
seeded recipes I've tried make a very acceptable base to put mashed avocado or nut
butter on.
And then I tried a raw version inspired by your
recipe (I soaked the buckwheat groats together with dried blueberries, whizzed it in a food processor the next morning and topped it with a drizzle of peanut
butter, maple syrup, hemp
seeds and a sprinkle of sea salt) and it was divine!
Just tried the
recipe with pumpkin
seeds (while leaving out any
butter or tahini) and really loved it!
