I love this protein
powder, I have tried many vegan protein
powders and they either taste awful, they don't mix well (it is important to mix this
powder with your liquids BEFORE you add the dry stuff or it will get clumpy) or have sunflower lectin, soy or gluten
after I found out that I am allergic to dairy, soy, gluten, sunflower
seeds, green beans, yeast and basically everything good and this is by far and wide the best.
After a bad run in with some yucky tasting protein
powder I decided to give hemp
seeds a try to add to my shakes.
Add chia
seeds and any
powdered supplements you like
after you add the fruit so they don't stick to the bottom of the blender cup.
After straining, stir together with 1 — 2 t toasted cumin
seeds, 1/2 — 1/3 C chopped fresh cilantro, 1/2 — 1 t curry
powder, 1 clove of garlic finely minced, and a spoonful of sour cream if you like.
Smoothies can be a great meal
after a workout out, this drink is a mixture of ingredients that can include fruits and vegetables as well as protein
powder, creatine, fat burners, flax
seeds, peanut butter and anything else you can blend together.
These include stabilized chia oil, a cold - pressed extraction process of the chia
seed; defatted chia flour obtained through the grinding process of the chia meal
after a cold - press oil extraction; chia ALA
powder, a spray - dried derivative of chia oil; and chia protein.
Yeah I definitely prefer to get it from natural sources too, like veggies, nuts and
seeds, but I do find
powders effective
after a tough strength workout, and I eat / drink smoothies loads so I find them to be a useful addition to bulk them up.
I will also be trying the sunflower
seed butter version of this
after doing the almond butter version, perhaps adding a bit of raw cacao
powder to the mix.

Seed brand) really drove home how lucky I was that acrylics were invented!
