see lot of coments about how we can sign Reus «cuz he's a world class
player.Yes, he is a great
player BUT did you
see how mutch this season was he injuried?The period when Dortmund win some games and comme forward in the table was the period when Reus was available, rest of the season he was injuried.This is one thing, the other think is that Klopp say he will leave Dortmund in the end of the season and looking for a new chalange.I'm pretty sure that he will leave to a big team and will take Reus after him.Sterling is exactly the same type of
player as Sanchez, just doesn't have the same experience, he's not fully developed.I think he can be a first XI
player for us and I think will be great alongside Sanchez, replacing Cazorla when he will leave.Sterling is an English

They need
home grown players he wouldn't have knowledge of these types apart from sterling and those he
sees in champs leauge (arsenal and Chelsea's
players)
and the same
home grown quota issue is also the reason we might be stuck with these
players, unless we have ready replacement already lined up... and looking afield I don't
see many out there good enough to improve the squad
We just have to look at City and Chelsea current squad to
see what a lack of
home grown players does.
The constant influx of foreign talent, undoubtedly has a detrimental effect on the development of
home -
grown players, and something that has to change in the near future if we are to
see more exciting, young British talent coming through to first teams around the country.
The problem Arsenal are gong to run up against soon with buying so many
players from abroad is not meeting the number of
home grown players requirements, which may be one of the main benefits that Wenger
sees in the younger
players getting promoted to the first team.
I understand the
home grown policy stipulations and the affinity for fans to
see English
players represent and be successful @ there respected clubs, BUT for Arsenal to awake from its slumber and reemerge as a legitimate English and European powerhouse the club and we fans must embrace the reality that NO
player is untouchable if a better alternative is available.
If it wasn't for the
home grown rule, I would love to
see all English
players out the door, bunch of spoilt brats if you ask me.
Tottenham have already
seen one bid turned down, while Manchester City are keen to bolster their squad with
home -
grown players.
I really want to
see how the
home grown players go when given regular football.
Now
seeing the likes of Lingard coming through and getting his chance is great for United fans, and I hope that many more
home grown players are given the chance and make it, but to have the core of a team built from the academy once more seems unlikely.
