I might add some peanut butter chips: I have never seen them in supermarkets in Europe but I bought some when I was in the US this year because I thought I was constantly

I keep
seeing recipes using palm sugar... I really must try it.
I never seem to

On the flip side you'll
see a recipe using that local ingredient.

used this
recipe with milled chia seeds so I would stick with whole chia seeds but you could always try it and
see how you go!
Just one thought though: I have
seen you
use a lot of agave syrup in your
recipes, but I read a lot of bad things about it.
And I feel very inspired to adapt my
recipes and
use some of yours to
see if I can hopefully eradicate illness and start living life to the full!
I couldn't find date syrup, so I
used coconut syrup, which I bought for one of your other
recipes and
seeing as it only required a little almond butter, I made my own.

Seen a
recipe for peppermint centre
using cashews almond milk and peppermint.
I couldn't find sunflower seeds, so just went with the
recipe as posted (substituted some of more expensive ingredients — honey for maple syrup, different type of date), but will
use suggestion of upping oats next time to
see how it goes.
I have just cooked the blueberry muffins as you say they are like a liquid batter but they haven't turned into muffins they are just blueberry slop in bottom of muffin tins.I don't
see how these can turn into muffins when they are just pure liquid and there is nothing in the
recipe to bind them together.The only different ingredient I
used was rice milk as didn't have almond milk and actually put less maple syrup in as didn't have full amount so the
recipe should have been even runnier.Am feeling a bit frustrated as the ingredients aren't cheap.

used coconut flour, but after reading its benefits and

recipes, I definitely will
use it.
I would love to
see more savoury
recipes with avocados, only because I know how well they can be
used as substitutes in desserts, but the only savoury
recipe I know is guacamole and when avocados are cut into slices or bits and put as toppings on soup or sandwiches, but I'd love to get to know more savoury meals where avocados play the main role.
I to can only eat things that is organic so I redo alot of the
recipes so I can eat alot of stuff I «am allgic to pesticides, hornmores, n antibotics, dairy, eggs, whey, so I watch n read everything, I do not have a galdbladder n was told I could eat everything after that well I could not n get sick after that it will come out of 1 of the ends is all i need to say, but if I eat this stuff I «am ok, for everybody that may have the same problem as me just try drinking the organic milks w / o hornmores, pesticdes, n antibotics in it n
