When uncooked I thought the chocolate

seemed too tart, but when cooked and especially when paired together, they were both divine — velvety rich chocolate and bright berries.

seems to have their own solution... mine is the tiniest pinch of agave nectar (I know, sugar is sacrilege) to bring out the natural
chocolately flavor of the Cacao.
