nuts, and rosemary and mix until the dough goes just past the crumbly stage, and begins to really clump together (you don't want to over mix, but under mixing will make the dough
seem a bit dry, which can make it difficult to handle).

flour milled on the premises, spread with locally produced raw milk butter or organic
nut paste, isn't out of line.

Might
seem like a little extra work, but totally worth it if you are baking with
nut flours.
When I mixed it, it
seemed to be very greasy and I did weigh my almond
flour (
Nuts on Line blanched almond
flour), but I found I had to add yet another 1/2 cup of
flour.
