My client's situation highlights a truth that I've
seen play out over and over again
as I coach
business leaders to be better speakers and more effective communicators: Speaking is what I like to call a signal skill.
While most big -

Many
business leaders see government
as an enemy, and send out legions of lobbyists to influence laws in their favor.
Fine however, won't let gender play a role in her
business strategy advising women to, «build your
business how you
see fit and be the kind of
leader that you think you should be and don't apologize for it... Authentic innovators, no matter their sex, build fantastic
businesses and are far more inspiring
as leaders.»
I do not
see myself
as an entrepreneur, a CEO or a
business leader, although I've been all three at one time or another.
Use your status
as a founder to be the kind of
business leader you hope to
see in the world.
Overseas, Lee was largely
seen as a statesman — foreign political and

As I've shared before, I've been on both sides and can honestly say that often leadership abuse is not intentional, but rather the fruit of a very unhealthy way of
