I would
see a great
bodyweight workout plan and I would start to train with it with all my focus and put a lot of effort into it.
I bet if you ask most people to scramble up a
bodyweight workout there is a good chance you will
see an abundance of Crunches, Jumping Jacks, and Push Ups.
Most of us were introduced to this form of training by
seeing bodyweight masters perform simple yet difficult
workouts.
As more and more people find out that cardio machines are lying to them, you'll
see more folks dropping out of commercial gyms and saving money to
workout at home with
bodyweight, dumbbell and kettlebell exercises.
I was totally fed up with
seeing ineffective
workouts and mindless nutrition advice being pushed by fitness models who had never experienced what it is like to have to lose a significant amount of
bodyweight.
The
workout is
seen to be a
bodyweight exercise, meaning you can do it anywhere you want at any time.
However when I worked high volumes in specific work such as circuits of 8 - 10
bodyweight exercises done for 25 reps a piece, repeated 4 or 5 times so I get more than 1,000 reps in a 30 or 45 minute
workout, or one exercise done as far and as hard as possible I
saw massive results.
Presently how about we
see a
workout arrange utilizing just this practice gear and just your
bodyweight without additional weights.
The reason is that what ever
bodyweight workout aspirations you have, you must believe they are possible before you can reach them and to believe they are possible you must
see them clearly in your mind first.
There is the push up, of course, which is
seen as one of the most simple and integral
bodyweight workouts, but one which is often overlooked is the pull up.
