I have
seen a lot of
recipes coming out lately for
mousses with the main ingredients being avocado and
chocolate, so why not turn these two ingredients into a loaf that you can take with you anywhere for a snack?
I read about using aquafaba (
see below) in
chocolate mousse in a French magazine, and though I would play around with some
recipes to give it a try.
If it ever does, I might be able to offer yet another putative benefit of Janets
