and P.S: I SO MUCH HATE THE FACT THAT WE BLAME OUR PLAYERS CUS OF LITTLE THINGS, Truth be spoken i have never
seen fans of other clubs fussing as much as we do always..

I am pissed - off that
other teams even
clubs like Spurs
see the players that they want and immediately pounce on them like a tramp on chips, but when it comes to Arsenal we make appointments weeks and months into the future... I ask myself, what can I do as a
fan of my beloved Arsenal, and what can we (Arsenal
fans all over the world) do as supporters to show our outrage and indignation
of the status - quo at Arsenal when it comes to transfers.
I can't
see Wenger going soon, he is earning 7.5 million a year, he knows well no
other club will pay that sort
of money to a failure manager.Wenger has a problem with hearing, he can't hear the
fans abuses.
It sadly is Sue, we have a divided
fan base, an majority shareholder who is (in my opinion) using our
clubs assets to secure lending on his
other sporting investments, a board who quite frankly
see us
fans as customers rather than supporters as shown by the chairman's AGMs performance, players who aren't signing new contracts, if you cut Ian Wright and
others open you'd
see cannons in their blood with some
of our players now you'd find image rights and pound signs.
Arsenal
fans may have
seen many
of our fancied targets being taken by
other clubs, but believe me there are still lots
of talented players out there.
Virtually all
fans want Kroenke out
of our
club - I have
seen NONE and no posts that want him to remain and I doubt that anyone else has either — and
fan polls show us that more than 80 % would like Wenger to retire (though
of this 80 % some, like me, want it today and
others at end
of season BUT they all want him out by seasons end.
Arsenal
fans will be United when wenger leaves and am desperate to
see him leave, I just don't understand how he ia still our manager till now after years
of failure despite being the most experienced manager and
other top
clubs changing managers, sadly he still have
fans dat are backing him to continue cuz they don't
see any 1 that can replace him, they waiting for arsenal to go an a 4 game run to call him a genius and say he knows best.
Come on mate everyone knows our
club has gone threw a transactional period that we will probably never
see in our life time again football has changed since the billionaires have come in we had to make the changes no
other manager could
of kept us in the top four while we had to change our whole structure I'm not saying wenger is perfect he does fustrate us all sometimes but were in safe hands and were going in the right direction not that I know a lot about the ffp but something is happening and every year we seem to becoming in a stronger position to what wenger is trying to achieve for our
club we all know this is wenger last contract and even if he win the cl or the epl he won't sign another contract it just fustrates me that the way people act sometimes our time is coming even wen wenger leaves we will still have hope that we can compete for honours lets just enjoy beign arsenal
fans and what will be will be cause wen in a very stable position and that is all the hope I need that our time will come in the future COYG
I did not like it when you said «I know you are not an Arsenal
fan» just because he has comments you didn't like... We moan not because we lost a single match or a couple
of matches rather than the system runs this
club... Wenger is the arrowhead
of the system, didn't he say he has a strong say
of how things running in this
club... We
see moaning and raising banners and chants toward the board and the manager might have a positive effect, you
see it the
other way, that's all... BTW I like your reply this time...
I'm so sick
of people telling those
of us who are disgruntled
fans to relax and give this
club time to correct itself... for anyone who believes that taking a wait - and -
see approach is appropriate at this juncture they should take a good long look at themselves in the mirror because they are a big part
of the problem... no
other «big»
club's
fans would stand for this shit for nearly as long as we have... think about it, we've witnessed a changing
of the guard at every major
club in England, Spain, France and Germany in the last several years because those «big»
clubs failed to live up to expectations (Barcelona, Real Madrid, Bayern, PSG, Chelsea, ManU, ManCity etc...)... for some reason, many
fans have become as fragile as our current manager, believing that there couldn't possibly be a suitable replacement, even though everyone
of these
clubs have found multiple replacements and still achieved far more than our
club... this mindset has been created by an organization that has been milking it's
fans, telling countless lies (no world class players available) and lowering expectations every since they rolled out the biggest lie
of all: that we couldn't spend because
of the new stadium but once it was paid off we could compete with any team in the world... this organization is rotting from the inside out and if we don't demand that those in charge put soccer first this despicable behaviour won't end with Wenger's ridiculous 2 year contract... I think the real fear isn't that a suitable replacement doesn't exist, but that this organization is so money hungry and poorly mismanaged that we will sink even lower by choosing our next coach the same way they choose our players, on the cheap... even so, we need to
see what mustache will do if left to his own devices so he will have to show his true colours... only then can we purge this
club and start anew
You (and many
other arsenal
fans) obviously fail to
see what was done in the past ten years — current success was conciously forfeited, as it allowed for investment, which made Arsenal part
of the elite
club in England AND world despite lack
of oil investment.
In
other news, our team seems to be rounding nicely into form, with a productive off - season and several new additions already settling in, there seems to be a renewed sense
of confidence in the air... our well - oiled machine has conducted business again early this year, so we can just sit back, kick our feet up and watch all those
other suckers scramble to make panic moves in the 11th hour...
of course, we need to tie up a few loose ends but our team
of savvy negotiators, under the tutelage
of our faithful leader, will perform their usual magic with ample time to spare... I have to laugh when I look around the soccer world and
see all those teams look upon us with envy and scorn as they struggle to mimic our seemingly infallible business model... thank goodness the powers that be had the foresight and fortitude to resist the temptations
of the modern football era... instead
of listening to all the experts and simply taking the easy way out by making the necessary improvements on the field and in the front office, we chose the path never traveled... we are truly pioneers in our field... sometimes you just have to have faith in the people that have always conducted themselves in a respectful and honest fashion... most
fans aren't so fortunate, they will never know what it's like to follow a team that treats everyone in and around the
club as if they were an extended member
of the family... all for one I say... so when you wake up this morning, please try not to gloat when you
see rival
fans pacing back and forth waiting for their respective teams to pull the usual panic buys, just say nothing and be thankful that it isn't you... like I've always said, this is why you stay the course... this is when the real benefits
of having someone in charge for over 2 decades really pays off... have a great day fellow Gunners
We may never know the ins and outs
of what happene3d between Claudio Ranieri and the
other staff and players at Leicester City, but Arsenal
fans are as keen to know as anyone, and probably more so because
of the issues that many
fans have with the
club and it's continued willingness to keep our own manager Arsene Wenger despite what is
seen as the same old problems hurting our hopes
of major trophy success year after year.
if i was an arsenal
fan in u.k; i wud
of course support team for this season.and
see if the
club is serious abt challenging.if not, i will not only avoid going to matches; but even avoid watching on t.v and that will hit their revenues hard and make kroenke think twice abt not spending.i wud unite with
other fans and raise banners like «mr; kroenke pls spend or pls leave» lol....
Arsenal
fans are by no means asking we give up on FA Cup — God knows we'll need it as I cant
see us ever winning anything else under Wenger — but its the same as saying: Arsenal
fans should appreciate reaching Champions League round
of 16 those may years in a row as no
other club has been that consistent — or — Arsenal
fans please appreciate being in the champions league every year as you are the only English team to maintain that consistency....
Whether or not you feel that a protest is necessary for change is a debate that can be held in the comments, because although some will feel it is the only way that
fans can make
club officials
see want what is wanted,
others will say that Wenger deserves more respect than to be forced out the
club by protest and a lack
of support when he is only following Kroenke's orders.
Whatever The reason is Cesc Made the wrong Choice, he felt he needed to go home, Arsenal were his home, Wenger was his father, who knows were he would be without arsenal signing him, its not all the La masia products that make it big, e.g Muniesa, Cuenca, and previously bojan, who was teammates with cesc, Out
of respect for the
Club and the
fans not Wenger he should have joined another team
other than Chelsea or Man utd, He wouldnt have joined Real Madrid If It were barca who had the clause, He Screwed up big time, and He had the potential to be Arsenals greatest ever Midfielder and one
of the best Captains, Arsenal = Fabregas like Henry = Arsenal, but he messed that up, Utterly disgusted to
see him in that Shitty Blue Jersey, He is just like the
others and should not be excused
Respect me as an arsenal season ticket holder.I know 99 %
of the cry babies here have never
seen the emarates live,
fans who do nt buy Match tickets how do they claim to support the
club may be through good will.@ADMIN you hide some
of our comments when we criticise the
club positively yet you have space to quote the metro and
other unreliable sources to make a point. No titles no progress
However, while the Pensioners are clearly happy with their plans — which could
see them move into the new Chelsea stadium in the 2020 - 21 season — the design has been somewhat ridiculed on social media, with
fans — both
of Chelsea and
other clubs — unimpressed by Abramovich's vision.
Well we are all making our contributions, moreover our contributions are decent individually, Wenger knows the direction he is heading towards when it comes to transfers, when he speaks with the press don't rely on his words, he speaks with the press sometimes to encourage the
fans and conceal the truth in him.nevertheless my verdict concerning this issue
of alexis sanchez and arsenal is that, wenger should keep hold to his words by not selling alexis, he should allow him to
see off his contract if he refuses to sign because next season alexis will turn 29, he has already at the pick
of his career, by allowing him to stay we can mount title challenge come next season and this will really give us an advantage even for him to o sign another contract with arsenal, arsenal is a big
club, they should how to hold, encourage and lure their best players to renew their contract rather loosing them to
other top
clubs, especially title rivers
Only
fans of other clubs can't
see, we need to help force Wenger out.
Yes i totally agree with Ramsey we're now started to
see some positive players players that have an ambition to bring back our invisible Gunners out
of darkness we tired
of being laughing @ from
other football
club fans around the world we tired
of being aiming higher and end up be to button
of our rivals Afc is a very outstanding world class fc for God sake we have all the potential to take our
club to the highest level so come on Wenger let's do it also glad to
see the way Wenger treated Morenho on Sunday & I'll love to
see Wenger do the same every time they meet in public place until Morenho realize his arrogant behavior towards Wenger.
Walking out on a cup final early is poor saying the things after is poor we have had the most consistancy
of any pl
club for 20 years it goes bad we lose and we show no honor in defeat i never mentioned wenger i mentioned the lack
of support in a cup final was sad and by walking out it showed we've been spoiled city did nt leave the semi early last year when we beat em they did nt leave early wehen they lost in league one and i cant stand city im arsenal through and through we won a cup last year and the year before were in another cup final and tempemental
fans leave early even though it takes alot to get to a cup final maybe you need to lose more to lose respectable its hard it sucks but its a cup final bigger than the management our opinions for a day its about how you show you solidarity as a
club win or lose every
other club in england would
of taken our spot in a heartbeat if they could
of and we lea e early that shows spoilage and it was embarrassing to
see we need to be stronger as supporters newcastle does nt like ashley yet they still show up and when was the last time they won a cup?
Far from it, all I
see on this site is an increased intensity in creating discord, so are you all really Arsenal
fans or are you Man Utd, Liverpool, Spurs and Chelsea
fans who are merely posting to further rile
other fans in the hopes
of destabilising the
club further.
There is no real answer to the question you have posed because this
club has once again hedged their bets on doing the bare minimum then hoping for the best... if they were serious about changing the stagnant culture that has permeated the
club since our move from the Highbury, we would have immediately released and / or moved several players in the early days
of the window... this would have demonstrated to the
fans that they were serious about addressing our obvious inadequacies... likewise this would have forced them to bring in replacements because they couldn't have used the lame excuse Wenger is presently spewing about having too many players... we functionally have the same amount
of players as we did when the window first opened but he didn't say jack about it then... he simply waited until the inevitable happened then pulled out his excuse Rolodex, closed his eyes and randomly drew the «too many players» card... the more he opens his mouth, the more I understand his «god» complex when it relates to all things Arsenal... what
other manager could continually do the same dumb shit, not address obvious concerns for years, speak to the
fans in such a condescending manner, face enormous criticism from many
of his former star players and be the architect
of so many failed player signings yet be one
of the highest paid managers with the longest tenure in Europe... maybe Kroenke is colourblind and instead
of seeing all the red flags he can only
see the GREEN ones ($ $ $)
I come on here to
see other fans views on our
club and also to voice my own, all I
see is b * itches whining and complaining — I beg
of you please moan to your significant
other.
bad news that are good for arsenal
fans coz it means we may have a break
of seeing favouritism for at least the remaining part
of the season... otherwise «set back» is being used at arsenal more than at any
other futbal
club, why.?
I will say he should be sold out
of the premier league and if Alexis even loves Arsenal in any ways or respect the
fans, he won't even consider playing for any
other rival
club... I have not
seen Arsenal show the ambition we are showing in this transfer window in a very long time and if i as a
fan can be convinced with few more signing to come in i don't know why $ anchez can't be, he should just get the EFF out our
club and lives if he's not willing to stay and i hope he wins the champions league with city... was he not even one
of the players who didn't push us to the champions league?
A good number
of those baying for Wenger's blood are not genuine Arsenal
fans but
fans of other clubs who want to
see Arsenal destabilised so that it can lose its consistency in the top echelon
of the English game.
Wengers past 13 seasons I've
seen leceister city win the league, Jose win leave come back amd win the league gets fired and prolly be in a better position to win the league next season, south Hampton get promoted and become a stable
club, oh yea leceister too, pep struggle in a league (still finished above us) Chelsea change managers and Yh they won too, Tottenham just basically becoming a better side plain and simple smh, Liverpool and Everton go through management changes and still be competitive while we're here struggling to just to even compete in our own league and getting embarrassed in europe and now as a
fan we don't only have to worry about us getting players and
other clubs hijacking our targets (just as every season thus far) but probably losing two
of our best players and a slew
of others including one our better performers in oxlade - chamberlain and our immovable manger is still showing how not to win the league and gets a bumper new deal for his struggles
Although it will be incredibly difficult to ever match his contributions on the pitch, it's vitally important for a former
club legend, like Henry, to publicly address his concerns regarding the direction
of this
club... regardless
of those who still feel that Henry has some sort
of agenda due to the backlash he received following earlier comments he made on air regarding Arsenal, he has an intimate understanding
of the game, he knows the
fans are being hosed and he feels some sense
of obligation, both professionally and personally, to tell it like he
sees it... much like I've continually expressed over the last couple months, this team isn't evolving under this current ownership / management team... instead we are currently experiencing a «stagnant» phase in our
club's storied history... a fact that can't be hidden by simply changing the formation or bringing in one or two individuals... this team needs fundamental change in the way it conducts business both on and off the pitch or it will continue to slowly devolve into a second tier
club... regardless
of the euphoria surrounding our escape act on Friday evening, as it stands, this
club is more likely to be fighting for a Europa League spot for the foreseeable future than a top 4 finish... we can't hope for the failures
of others to secure our place in the top 4, we need to be the manufacturers
of our own success by doing whatever is necessary to evolve as an organization... if Wenger, Gazidis and Kroenke can't take the necessary steps following the debacle they manufactured last season, their removal is imperative for our future success... unfortunately, I strongly believe that either they don't know how to proceed in the present economic climate or they are unwilling to do whatever it takes to turn this ship around... just look at the current state
of our squad, none
of our world class players are under contract beyond this season, we have a ridiculous wage bill considering the results, we can't sell our deadwood because we've mismanaged our personnel decisions and contractual obligations, we haven't properly cultivated our younger talent and we might have become one
of the worst
clubs ever when it comes to way we handle our transfer business, which under Dein was one
of our greatest assets... it's time to get things right!!!
or we offered 50 million for Benzema but he wasnt for sale at any proce... but instead we get «there are no players better than what we have for sale at present» or a load
of other unmerorable bollocks that just seems to placate the mass
of fans who have been institutionalised into thinking there is no future for Arsenal without Arsene There is and we need to
see what it looks like now!!!!! cos at present NOTHING is looking like its gonna change and can only speall doom for the long term future
of the
club
much like when a country can't divulge highly classified information publicly for obvious economic and military reasons, a professional soccer organization must keep certain things in - house so they don't devalue a player, expose a weakness, provide info that could give an opposing
club leverage in future negotiations and / or give them vital intel regarding a future match, but when dishonesty becomes the norm the relationship between cub and
fan will surely deteriorate... in our particular case, our
club has done an absolutely atrocious job when it comes to cultivating a healthy and honest relationship with the media or their
fans, which has contributed greatly to our lack
of success in the transfer market... along with poor decisions involving weekly wages, we can't ever seem to get true market value for most
of our outgoing players and
other teams seem to squeeze every last cent out
of us when we are looking to buy; why wouldn't they, when you go to the table with such a openly desperate and dysfunctional team like ours, you have all the leverage; made even worse by the fact that who wouldn't want to
see our incredibly arrogant and thrifty manager squirm during the process... the real issue at this
club is respect, a word that appears to be entirely lost on those within our hierarchy... this is the starting point from which all great relationships between
club and supporters form... this doesn't mean that a team can't make mistakes along the way, that's just human nature, it's about how they chose to deal with these situations that will determine if this relationship flourishes or devolves..
This is a decent article, yet the negatives from
fans are still there, I would love to
see arsenal like I did at the end
of the 90's and at the beggining
of the 2nd millennium but it doesn't mean in order to do so I would buy all the best players in world, I would get a rich owner to put his filthy money in, change the manager every 2 years to do so, there's so much wrong in football nowadays that yes it's still a sport but there's more focus on the filthy amounts
of money being spent on
clubs and players that I think attracts more attention than the game itself, now that is wrong and it's very wrong, even our owner though not like the arabs or Russians, yet the yank is clueless about the tradition
of our game, it's just sad, so the fact that Wenger has remained for this long through all these changes that have occurred whilst the money game has elvolved, it makes me happy that arsenal do not spend stupid amounts
of money on players, we don't try and buy the league, hell we even tight with wages and transfer fees, I'm glad it's like that, though our season ticket is a rip off I still don't mind it because at least we are not like the
other supreme teams, there's a bit
of tradition left at our
club, yet you go to man shitty or Chelski, there is no tradition, it's all about buying ur way all the way to the top, on the
other hand spuds don't know what to make
of them besides how the heck have they finished above us?
We
fans of Arsenal or any
other football
club for that matter are known to
see things with a certain amount
of bias and that is only to be expected really.
U ppl need to
see what we face in d hands
of other club fans here especially chelsea
fans.
If you want to talk mediocrity look at
other teams
other then Man U even Chelsea and you will understand what mediocrity is Morons like you will never appreciate what Wenger has done for Arsenal football
club Certainly more then the current plastic moronic fanbase at Arsenal I've been a season ticket holder since 1976 and this is the worst fanbase I have
seen in that time BeforfNs start saying we pay top money my answer is don't come t the ground we don't need stupid
fans better to have half empty stadium full
of real
fans then morons taking out their real frustrations
of failure on the team Just ask spuds
fans who seem to back their team even though they have only won 2 trophies in 30 years and only been in the cl 4 times as opposed to the cabinet Full
of trophies that Wenger has delivered plus a new stadium and works class stars that have played for us in his tenure.
I even wonder if the
fans watching the match at the emirates are sad about the results **** shame on them all for not
seeing thingS from the right angle **** they are as deluded as wenger, they are very soft like most
of our players, those
fans watching arsenal when they play this bad and couldn't take a step are as inefficient as diaby who is a part
of arsenal but virtually has a role to play, infact they have been on a long term injury since we turned to a laughing stock for
other clubs.
It's not just the players it's the whole
club it's all out money at Arsenal Monaco
fans all over the ground the
other evening laughing and taking the p At any
other ground it wouldn't happen, but the gound is full
of white collar people who don't
see that as an issue, this site is full
of Spurs
fans who want Wenger to stay, that way they have a chance
of finishing above us
As a lifelong Brighton
fan, I've
seen my fair share
of lows; I've
seen the
club go through six painful relegations, I've watched on from the stands and witnessed the
club come agonisingly close to falling out
of the football league completely, I've
seen the
club be left with no
other choice, but to sell their beloved Goldstone ground in 1997 and — not forgetting - I've travelled some 75 miles to watch them play «home» games in another county in Gillingham, Kent.
With no game this weekend due to the acrimonious exit from the FA Cup at the hands
of Nottingham Forest, this weekend represents a moment in time whereby Arsenal
fans are forced to look on in bittnerness as the
other top
clubs in England waltz through to the fifth round, having been handed easy ties that will
see them rotate players but having just got to a cup final, it feels a little weird.
As a Reading
fan, I would certainly be excited if the
club signed Powell but in many ways, it would be nice to
see him stay at Crewe — if Bowler can get the kind
of money for one or two
of his
other good youngsters that the
club received for Brayford and Bailey a couple
of years back, they may stave off Powell's suitors.
Also after
seeing him deliver a pin point cross from a corner kick for Aminu Umar to nod home against Denmark in the semi-finals, some
of the
club fans urged the manager to give him the right to take corner kicks and
other set piece for the team.
A film without surprise geared toward maximum comfort and familiarity, The Emperor's
Club is bound to garner some
fans for its easy solutions and broad topics (like any
other populist soaper, I guess) but, like Hoffman's own version
of A Midsummer Night's Dream (which
saw Kline as its highlight), it's possessed
of a peculiar rootless malaise.
