I do have to say though that I disagree with you on the Quest bars I think they are delicious, and if you stick to the natural line, I don't
see what's wrong with ingredients like stevia, nuts, fiber, and a protein blend with things like

whey protein powder to
see how many grams were
in the serving size (1 scoop) and I have two different
whey protein powders, one is Body Fortress and one is from Vitacost.
I didn't
see any mention of
whey in the article.
But the group that supplemented with

in their diets, people who don't have the time to cook, or people who hate to cook and also need more protein.
