What's this i
see here.This site is also
in a crisis and that is understating the qualities of our players.I for one will take Walcott over Pedro and i am just responding to a question.I just do nt get it.To me Walcott really is that good and we need him inform.Injuries have hampered his progress a lot as a player but at least i am happy with him.I do not even get why peeps criticize him so badly. To me he should be our starting
right winger. We need him because he is a
game changer.I just do nt get how he is on the bench.Peeps are so ignorant and will gather whatever facts they can to make him seem average.Talk about the certain 3 musketeers
in arsenal lineup but not him.He is a very dangerous player
I'm glad he's back his physical presence gives defenders a lot to think about, we often forget his defensive qualities and
in the last
game I was happy to
see him closing down foster, shame he couldn't show a little more composure and use his
right foot to put it
in the net from a tight angle.
Long could be
seen the night before with his arm around Malcolm Jenkins as the cornerback stood with his
right fist
in the air during the anthem before an Eagles - Bills preseason
game.
This is simple a very intelligent child can solve this problem.Firstly today our keeper was very poor however i know he will come good.By the way why is Paulista no getting his chance. What i have observed about arsenal since we signed Mertesacker from day one and since he started playing is that Mertesacker hardly gets involved you will usually
see him a few times because he does not want to get caught out.e has always been a weak link
in the defence even
in his greatest performances here. When i
see us playing with a high line and he is there i always laugh. It is just a mistake waiting to happen and i can tell u that it will happen again this season.Secondly why is Ramsey Cazorla and Ozil playing
in the same line - up
in a 4 -5-1 formation.That is just not
right though it will win you some matches due to individual brilliance. It wont work at all.Lastly the least i say about Giroud the better i am not judging him on one game. One would imagine if he was not french and like chinese will he be getting these chances under Wenger. To me he will always be an average player and i will stand by my word even if he has good
games.
(2) somewhat linked to the previous comment
in that we never seem to be prepared to hit the ground running with our best potential lineup come opening day... it's become so common,
in recent years, that many fans actually hope we stumble a little
in the first couple
games just so it forces Wenger to bring
in reinforcements... unfortunately this can be problematic, thus one of the most common phrases associated with Wenger, «panic buy»... this situation is also negatively impacted by the ridiculous policy regarding players who played
in the summer months...
right now I'm watching the Super Cup and not a single player is unavailable to either manager, including Ronaldo, yet somehow we have a list of players half a mile long that haven't
seen game - time so far this preseason... I can only assume this is a reactionary policy created due to the multitude of injuries this club has faced over the years... just another sign of the fragility that permeates this club
It remains to be
seen whether or not Silva is keen on an exit himself just a year after joining Milan, but with the club now moving
in the
right direction under Gennaro Gattuso, having gone 13
games unbeaten, he will surely be well advised to be patient and go again next season.
It's great to have Ozil now he can focus even more, but I really want to focus on Xhaka, this guy is useless and Wenger LOVES HIM, I'm so tired of
seeing him on the starting 11, he should be benched immediately and change the system to accommodate Auba, Mhki, and Laca I really like a 4 -1-2-1-2 system but we need that Elneny to play
in beast mode on the CDM position and when there is 30 minutes left on the
game let AMN play that position to get him used to play as a lone CDM, so my preferred 11 for Arsenal
right would be............ Not Cech maybe Matt Macey or Ospina 24....6....20....18..........35.
Once the Arsenal team runs onto the pitch for any
game of football it is up to the 11 players out there representing us all to perform and produce the
right result, so we can
see the logic
in laying the blame with these players when things do not go exactly according to plan and the Arsenal suffer the sort of disappointment that has been all too prevalent this season.
I have hope for M - Niles for RWB and would like to
see him get some
game time on the

right footed and although he has performed admirably on the left, I think he could grow
in the RWB role ready for the CM which he wants.
I don't agree that we should not have a

Still, even with him able to participate

just I tell you 20 minutes first half... Arsenal is waiting for Milan to score 0 - 1 then

I'm sorry, they can not be a co-incidence, I've never
seen this happen to other teams where players just get injured
in the middle of the
game multiple times
in one
game, it is not a co-incidence, there is more to it, the players must not warm up or train properly, I don't know what the hell it is but something is not
right and has to change.
Wenger spoke before the
game about the defence, and putting Jenkinson
in rather than moving Mustafi to the
right, saying that he
saw no reason to change the shape of the team that is working.

The thing that worries me is
seeing Xhaka play.I hope thag Wenger does the
right thing and benches him today because we really could be ripped apart.Even if he wants to play Xhaka this is not the kind of
game for him as I expect this to be a
game full of pace which Xhaka can't stand.I also don't understand why Chambers or Holding have noy got a look
in the lineup due to the abysmal display of some of oud CB's.
true.but surely you can
see the potential he could have thru the middle with his dribbling skills and ability to shoot with both feet? You can have a big influence from the wing
in the modern
game (Ronaldos a good example), but its much easier to have an overall influence from the centre. If the Ox develops well he will play there but not for a few years at least, because that position is very overcrowded at Arsenal
right now
the truth is we didn't play to our potenials we had a bad night monaco didn't play us at our best i certainly believe that we can rescue this tie after
seeing schalke vs real mardid it only god that save them from not going out and monaco are certainly no mardid and we where guilty of under estaimating monaco last time because of having bayern and barca n previous knckout stages we thought it would be easier which i though as well but the difference is we are hitting form at the
right time i think a key
in this
game will be stopping kondogbia if we can shut him out monaco will struggle to play.
Theo is
right, the Gunners are indeed impossible to play against whilst playing free - flowing football like we
saw in the final Premier League
game against West Brom, but the crucial factor is whether Theo and the rest of the boys will be allowed to play like that against Villa.
I think our best football this season was against man city at the emirates, i have never
seen arsenal put up that sort of fight against a top team
in a long time, although we didn't win I was satisfied with the hunger we showed, i would always prefer le coq to Flamini but that is not what would win us this
game, we need to show the
right attitude, go there to win it, and When I say go there to win it, i don't mean throw everybody forward, I mean go out there with a winning and commited mentality, being ready to throw yourself at the shot, make the all important tackle instead of ducking when the cross comes it, all 11 players need to be ready to fight for the win, we need the boys fired up, COYG.
If we have those 6 fighting for
game time
in those positions and the rotation is managed
right we could
see a great season ahead.
Up front we have a few world - class players surrounded by some serious pretenders... Sanchez is by far the most accomplished player
in our attack but the controversy surrounding his contractual mishandling could
see him go before the window closes or most definitely by season's end... obviously a mistake by both parties involved, as Sanchez's exploits have never been more on display than
in North London, but the club's irresponsible wage structure and lack of real intent have been the real undoing
in this mess... Lacazette, who I think has some world - class skills as a front man, will only be as good as the players and system around him, which is troubling due to our current roster and Wenger's love of sideways passing... Walcott should have been sold years ago, enough said, and Welbeck should never have been brought
in from the get - go... both of these players have suffered numerous injuries over their respective careers and neither are good enough to overcome such difficulties: not to mention, they both are below average first - touch players, which should be the baseline test for any player coming to a Wenger - led Arsenal team... Perez should have been played wide left or never purchased at all; what a huge waste of time and money, which is ridiculous considering our penny pinching ways and the fact that fans had been clamoring for a real striker for years... finally Giroud, the fact that he stills wears the jersey is a direct indictment of this club's failure to get things
right... this isn't necessarily an attack on Giroud because I think he has some highly valued skills, but not for a team that has struggled to take their sideways soccer to the next level, as his presence slows their
game even more, combined with our average, at best, finishing skills... far too often those
in charge have either settled or chosen half - measures and ultimately it is us that suffer because no matter what happens Wenger, Gazidis and Kroenke will always make more money whereas we will always be the ones paying for their mistakes... so every time someone suggests we should just shut - up and support the team just think of all the sacrifices you've made along the way and simply reply... f *** off
but of course with the first part you are absolutely
right but i can assure you there are almost no offensive CM
in the
game where you cant
see him losing the ball a few times because of poor touches..
I can't
see Leicester and Man City doing poorly
in those
games and if my memory serves me
right, Leicester have now beaten Stoke and Liverpool
in the last 2
games.
for arsenal to become a very serious team
in the bpl an Europe make sanchez our number ten new center forward
right winger give Perez a good run of
game see what he have to offer if not new left winger.
Then it is just a question of Holding of Mustafi on the
right and I would prefer to
see the young Englishman given the nod
in a
game that should not be too difficult for him.
I
see we are interested
in griezman 6 months too late... Sick of having a
right winger praised for being a human Duracell battery want a
right winger who threatens defences constantly down the
right wing and can cross and cut
in... And why the f @@@ is mertesakher playing a decent attack would have capitalized on his basic defensive errors and
game could have been over on the hour mark... And is Walcott even
in the top twenty goal scorers
in the premiership so far this year?
thanks for the sensible comment fatboy yep i know i do get that they do nt really mean it, but i just cant come to terms with that, i do nt really expect civilised culture
in a sport but generally from the people
in the world, yep you are
right about the real world, maybe thats the reason it annoys me extremely, i mean look our world is rotten to the core, the human mindset is terrible when it faces danger or problems for himself, and maybe thats the reason i just want football to stay as just as an entertainment industry but when i
see that people even here let the words flow
in any kind of way just because the are frustrated, i really cant come to terms with it, i really love black humor and some akbs react angrily when some fans tell some wheelchair jokes or for example on the post from admin where one could write jokes about wenger, some were really awesome, but when people cant control their emotion after a
game and abuse other people it just irritates me as hell cause i really think that thats one of the big problems
in the world..
Not saying
in any way I'm
right it's just an interesting guessing
game these days to
see who walks out onto the pitch!
So nice to
see our youth players shining for the senior team Le Coq and Bellerin have earned their starting
right so i feel Debuchy should wait... maybe play him
in the fa cup
games.
We need to change some players, even if they are good players to make our
game more dinamic, more complete. If Walcott will leave, definetly Sterling is the
right choose to play with Sanchez. If Bayern will want Ozil, I think we should let him go.I think mutch people will be not agree with this, Ozil is a great player BUT is not a complete player, doesn't have enough speed and is seems sometimes like he is not involved
in the
game.I think a switch with Gotze can be benefic for our team, he run alot, is creative and make the defensive as well.We need a Striker to, but a good one, someone like Benzema or Cavani, someome who can get at least 20 goals per season.A new DM is what we need for balance the
game, I think Vidal is the best
in the world
in this moment (is just my opinion), he working hard
in defence and can win a
game with a long shot. This is the way I
see footbal.
Shad Forsythe, our new physio, even told some German newspapers that (and I quote) «It would take me at least one uninterrupted full year with the squad to get it
right and
see possible improvements»... To that he added «Preparation methods used at Arsenal are prehistorical and out dated for the physical and demand of the current
game»... Journalists even asked him if he would not get
in trouble by saying that?
Oh and Theo is having a good season so far, I want to
see him start on the
right, 15 goals
in 26
games is nice from the
right, esp as he does run back and help defend now as well.
That is the variance that Arsenal needs
right about now and same can be sought and found
in Lacazette (havent
seen much of his
game though to confirm his hold up play).
Then
in the third EPL
game after the international break we
see Chelsea come to Arsenal, with City going to Swansea and United hosting the champions Leicester City and it is not inconceivable that after that weekend the Gunners will be
right up there with our rivals for the Premier League title, where we are supposed to be!
Although I've found it very cathartic to speak, vent and end occasionally rant about all things Arsenal, we need to act carefully and intelligently
right now or we're going to get played by this club even worse than at present... the pro-Wengerites and the suits, who represent a considerable proportion of the season ticket holders, don't want to believe that there is no plan and that Wenger has mailed it
in for several years now or that things are going to get much worse before they get better... why would they... many have spent a considerable sum buying some of the highest priced tickets
in the World... they want to have a front row seat to
see something special and to be
seen doing so, which simply provides ample justification for the expense and the time invested... to many of them, Wenger is the sun
in their soccer universe... his awkward disposition, misplaced arrogance and his utter lack of balls makes him a rather unusual cult figure, but the cerebral narrative seemed to embolden those who already felt pretty highly of themselves... many might not even of really liked football that much before his arrival and rarely
games they weren't attending... as such, they desperately believe that Wenger, and only Wenger, can supply them with their required fix... if he goes, they were wrong and that's a tough pill to swallow... they would have to admit that they were duped... they will definitely resent whoever made them feel this way, but of course it will be too late by then... so when we go overboard with ridiculous comments bordering of anarchy, it scares the shit out of them and they shift their blame towards us rather than at those who really perpetrated this act of treason... we aren't the enemy... we simply woke much earlier and the reason our comments have gotten more vile
in recent years is out of utter frustration...
in order for any real change to occur at this club we need to bring as many supporters as possible with us or the big money interests will fade and our ultimate objective will be lost... so it's time to focus on the head instead of the heart for now
this window has just finished i am already thinking about who we will get for the january window we might try for khedira on a really low offer as he is free agent almost would help boost numbers
in midfield
in the new year as we will no doubt need to filling the numbers about then also i will hold my hands up and say i was wrong this morning for giving wenger stick and saying welbeck is rubbish i have been out
in the cold light of day and had a chance to reevaluate the situation and realized that this could be a canny shrew transfer on wenger behalf actually if wenger can turn the clock back and work his magic on welbeck and get him scoring goals and improve his
game then we could have a great underrated signing on our hands its wengers absolute trust
in him that might be what makes him a great player as this is something that he never had at old mordor if anybody can make him a world beater wenger can he loves this little pet projects improving players against the odds welbeck has the skillset to be high class player upfornt he just needs to work very hard on his finishing i think once he gets a few goals under his belt he will settle
in fine and he is a team player you could put him on the left against man city to shore up that side and he will put
in a great shift without a complaint that could be his biggest asset to us or on the
right whenever we need him there ithinkwenger might start himon the left against city to protect the left back against navas and i bet you if he does a great job we will take a shine to him quickly i am hopeing he will be one of those wenger gems that he finds and polishes up to a high finish i must admit i was annoyed as some other gunners were at not signing d / m and c / h but if wenger does win the league with this lot it will be his greatest win yet and what might play
in to our hands is the unpredictable nature of the league
in the last few seasons if we get on a good run at the
right time we might be hard to stop look at city they should have never lost to stoke but the result is there
in black and white for all to
see and i think chelsea will hit the skids after a while to just because cesc and costa are doing well now thats there main threat but teams will work out how to stop them as the season goes on and chelsea will become predictable i think we might just do well this season after all
Having been Chelsea's main challengers for most of the season, just two wins
in eight
games in all competitions has
seen them knocked out of the Champions League, and overtaken by Arsenal and Manchester United
in the Premier League, whilst Liverpool's win over Newcastle has brought them
right back into the equation.
You are delusional my friend Far more bad
games in big matches then good
games He exerts more energy throwing his arms up
in the air after losng tge ball then he does playing Too many 5 and 6's rather then 8 or 9's
Right now he is an average player
in a bad team
Right now he needs to stand up and be counted but all I
see is a player hidng
When Bellerin first came into the side he not only defended well but was always so dangerous going forward. His pace and ability to go outside his marker gave us an attacking outlet that allowed us to play without a recognised
right sided attacker which coincided with Walcott getting less and less
game time.We all thought this boy was going to turn into someone very special and so obviously did the management who apparently renewed his contract on a reputed # 100k per week. What have we
seen since then?A player that seems as indecisive and under coached as the rest of the defenders at the club.A player that has rarely delivered a performance that reflected his initial early form.A player whose body language seems to display his displeasure at being at our club when Barcelona reputedly offered # 40m for him
in the close season.
With Morata out of the Spain
game against Ukraine tonight, and with them already confirmed as group winners, we should get a good chance to
see Nolito
in action and get a good idea if he would be the
right player for Arsenal.
