land, plant / animal ecosystem will get whacked out of order causing food supply to be badly disrupted, then I, without much climate science expertise, can easily ask you the following questions and scrutinize the results: a) where can I
see that your model's futuristic predictions about global temp, icecaps, eco system changes in the past have come true, even for much shorter periods of time, like say 20 years, before I take this for
granted and make radical changes in my life?

This procedure allows the government to
grant mining rights over
land, without following the standard negotiation procedure, where the government considers
granting the tenement is not likely to: (a) directly interfere with community or social activities, (b) interfere with significant areas or sites, AND (c) involve major disturbance to
land (
see 237, NTA).
A
grant of
land under the ALRA, NSW is also
seen as a preferable way of settling native title matters.
The
grant of freehold
land to Aboriginal people under the ALRA is
seen by the government as a far better way of dealing with the injustices of dispossession than the Commonwealth's native title legislation which relies on traditional connection.
The ability to raise finance is not just affected by the details of
land title, but also importantly by whether there is a market for that
land title; the viability of the proposed development; and other financial factors governing the
grant of a loan, such as income, projected income or potential government guarantees (
see Chapter 3).
I've done a few quick analysis on some properties the
land trust is holding and I think you could
see 20 - 25 % returns if you're willing to jump through the
grant hoops.
If you review the
land records of your County here in Florida, you'll be able to
see old, handwritten
land records that transfer title to some property going back hundreds of years, to the original
land grants given by the King of Spain when Florida was held as a Spanish territory.
