I've
seen vegan cheese
made with butternut squash or
cashews but this is totally different.
Seeing as this week is the week I attempt
making almond and
cashew milk, I think it will also be the week I will
make these crackers.

Most vegan puddings I've
seen are
made with avocado or soaked
cashews.
I've never
seen the process before of
making cashew frosting, and yours is so creamy and beautiful!
But then I
saw the photos of the 100 % raw ice creams
made with blended soaked
cashews and young coconut meat in Living Raw Food by Sarma Melngailis.
The
cashews just add a smooth creaminess to the soup (I haven't tried it yet without) but I don't
see why you can
make it without them.
I haven't tried it yet but I often substitute chickpeas for
cashews in other creamy recipes that I
make, so I don't
see why it wouldn't work.

I have never cooked with almond milk personally but I
saw someone
made it with
cashew milk on Instagram and they said it turned out great so I'm guessing the answer is yes!
I've been
seeing this
cashew icing around the interwebs, and because it seems you can
make just about anything out of
cashews, I know I need to give it a go.
Another version is
made with green beans (

Cashew Pâté — though Ashkenazik Jews don't use green beans during the Passover week).
This one was entirely
cashew based with no young coconut flesh to be
seen which got me thinking: there must be a way to

I think you can replace the heavy cream with coconut cream, and the white chocolate layer could be replaced with a
cashew mixture like in this vegan Neapolitan Cake I've

These are incredible on their own, but then I had an idea to try
making a raw WHITE chocolate ganache to go on top, so I threw some ingredients in the Vitamix — cacao butter, coconut oil, soaked
cashews, agave, lucuma, and some other stuff — to
see what would come out.

I don't often like buying special flour, so when I can
make my own using real food ingredients, like oats or
cashews, I get really excited to
see what I can
make.
To
make the flaky base layer: • combine
cashew butter with coconut flour and salt, mix well • add in maple syrup and use your hands to incorporate it into the mixture • the dough should stick together well but it should not be sticky • note: coconut flour quickly dries out the dough so
make sure to work fast (
see step 3 below); add in a drop or two of water if the dough starts crumbling easily
