The Idol 3's 5.5 - inch 1080p screen, meanwhile, is about as good as we've
seen on a budget phone.
This is stock Android on its finest, and it's a shame we have to
see it on a budget phone, not on something more powerful and mainstream (Nexus phones notwithstanding).

The company has launched a lot of
phones that don't break the bank — we've
seen the Galaxy J5 (2016) and Galaxy J7 (2016)
on the upper end of the
budget spectrum, the Galaxy J2 (2016) at the lower end (yet still horribly overpriced), the 7 - inch Galaxy J Max, and recently the Galaxy J5 Prime and the Galaxy J7 Prime.

on its

saw the same in the
budget segment with the Redmi Note 5 Pro.

Once again, we're putting two
budget priced Android
phones — the Moto G 2015 and the ASUS ZenFone 2 — against each other to
see who comes out
on top.
The OG Samsung Galaxy J7 was launched
on Boost Mobile back in 2015 and it's a great thing to
see Samsung is still taking care of a
budget phone that is more than two years old.

phones, we can
see that Honor 7X has a better camera and software, other things are almost the same
on both the
phone with no deal breaker around.
Dual camera was
seen on flagship
phones last year but this year we are
seeing decent dual camera
phones in the
budget segment of under 10k.
Still, at a time when many higher - end
phones are still stuck
on an older version of Android and
budget models continue to ship with Nougat installed, it's interesting to
see a sub - $ 100 handset use Android Go to the fullest.
However, the more we think about it the more we
see that there is reason behind the madness; when both new handsets are compared directly, the edge Plus is most certainly the better
phone and so Samsung UK would rather dedicate its efforts (and marketing
budget)
on the more attractive of the two.
The
On5 and
On7 come with Android 5.1.1 Lollipop out of the box, with the newest iteration of Samsung's TouchWiz UX
on top, the same one we
see on flagship
phones and other recent
budget phones from the company.
As a super-mid, the Moto G4 Plus blends the best of high - end
phones and their features with a
budget cost, and that can be quite difficult to get right.We're
seeing — and are glad to be
seeing — an increased focus
on the middle market; flagship
phones...
Based
on what we're
seeing at CES, 2017 is shaping up to be a strong year for
budget and mid-tier
phones that don't skimp
on features, and ZTE's Blade V8 Pro figures to lead the charge.
