My Sony PRS - T1 has the «whitest» background I have ever
seen on an eReader; if they could combine sharp, high - definition text with a lighter - colored background, they would have a beautiful HD E Ink display.

It's so gratifying to get messages from these newly - migrated customers who are so relieved that their books aren't going away, who get to upgrade to newer, better
ereaders, who were stuck
on apps that hadn't been updated in years and now get to
see how mobile reading has jumped forward.

seen the brand being sold anywhere, not even

eReader Pro would be a good one to review because as I

We don't
see words
on a page, like you do; instead, we
see long lines of code that correspond with how your book will look
on an
ereader.

I live in Japan, and I
see a lot of people
on trains and in cafes reading manga
on their phones and tablets — not so much
ereaders.
And I
saw an
ereader demo that allowed the reader to make notes, highlight and quote etc... Can that be done
on the basic e-reader that has the e-ink?
More Fonts: One thing I'd really like to
see on Kindles is more font choices and having more control over fonts by being able to set custom weight to make them bolder and darker, like Kobo
ereaders.
That's a different size screen than we've
seen before, and the resolution is a lot higher than other 13.3 - inch and 9.7 - inch
ereaders currently
on the market.
The restriction of being able to read them only
on the site means they don't have any more accessibility then before as an
eReader addition could offer, and from what I can
see it doesn't offer anything new such as extras that the original license holder could offer making such a repurchase worth it.
So I am very leery to
see manga
on the iphone, but the
ereader or Kindle seems the best bet for portalbility.
I'm guessing the Kindle will still come out clearer, but would really like to
see it function as an
eReader with the matte screen protector
on.
I really had not expected the Vox to be able to play the video without any lag... took me aback The video (s) I used are ones that I know will push a device's processor and have
seen it lag when played
on a number of other tablets,
ereaders, and netbooks in various stores, so when they played well
on the Vox I am now even more curious about the Vox as a potential purchase.
I can not
see myself spending much
on another e-ink
ereader in the future.
You should check out the «Marvin»
eReading app
on your iPad, it's highy customizable and the best I've
seen.
I know it can be hard to keep a site running when the focus is
on ereaders, what can sometimes
see huge lulls in actual news, but this is just shady reporting.
Almost a decade ago I
seen an episode of Startrek DS9 where the chief engineer
on the space station was reading a story off of a device that looked surprisingly like an
ereader to his young child right before bedtime.
I tried the Sony
eReader once (the one you can write), and all the videos I've
seen on e-Ink devices, and they are much much slower.

see very tangible benefits in adopting the technology.

Ereader that they are planning a 2015
Ereader release.
A hybrid tablet -
ereader device (like a big Yotafone) would also be interesting... I hope we
see some action soon, otherwise we'll all be reading
on ipads
And somehow I don't
see the other major players, like Kobo and B&N, allowing Amazon apps
on their
eReaders... And I know that they also try to lock you into their ecosystems, but rather then doing so with proprietary formats, they use DRM's.
I can only go off of my experience, and from what I'm
seeing on my Kobo Aura its screen is not up to par with other Kobo
ereaders or the Kindle Paperwhite 2.

As you can
see in my video walkthrough there is a web browser
on the Kobo
eReader, but I doubt I will ever use it since I don't find much utility in having a web browser
on an eInk device.
At present, the
eReader market is dominated by two screen technologies: the grayscale eInk displays found
on the Kindle and a few others and the color LCD panels you'll
see on devices like the Nook Color.
Considering the race to the bottom
on eReader pricing going
on right now, it may not be long before we start
seeing Kindles and Nooks and even Sony Readers getting as close as possible to $ 100.
I wanted to
see how they compared to print, and I wanted to
see what the publishing possibilities might be like.I really enjoy the
eReaders because they are quick to load, easy
on the eyes and the pocketbook (after the initial
eReader purchase), and they afford me an opportunity to sample many new authors that I might not otherwise read.
It does, however, promise to provide a few things we haven't
seen before in
eReaders — lots of individual developers and companies of all sizes offering new features to users, attempts to expand the usefulness of the Kindle without taking away too much from the focus
